I literally love coming in here!!! I truly find enjoyment in spoiling my pup and they have allll the goods. Special toys, bones, delicious treats, beds, harness/leash, and the list goes on. My little Marlo loves coming here. Also, your puppy gets a free birthday treat! Such a nice touch. read more

This location has always been my go to as it's close to my house. Staff are always so helpful. The store is Very well organized and the quality of products they sell are top notch. I love that they make fresh snacks for your fur babies in house. They have self-wash stations and offer intimate grooming services to help your fur baby remain calm. I've been disappointed the last few visits as they don't ever have the dog food that I use (Nutrisource Lamb and Rice). I always have to drive out of my way to another location or store. They still get 5 stars, but please, please, please put the Nutrisource Lamb and Rice back on the shelves! read more

We love treats unleashed! I heard about TU when I moved back to STL, as I hadn't been there before. I really needed to find a spot to get my dog groomed, and someone suggested this spot! When you walk in it typically smells SO good because they're making their all natural, human grade dog treats. Dogs have to enjoy themselves too, ya know? They have everything your dog and cat could need... food, accessories, toys, the works. As stated before, they make their own treats in house. They're always super cutely decorated and apparently taste pretty great to pups! My dog, Eddie, loves them! Sharia is our groomer and she's wonderful! She always greets us with a smile and does what is best for my dog. She's caring, and gives him a great cut. He comes out so happy and always has a really great experience. They also have a self wash station which is awesome! You have to make an appointment though, so if you're interested, make sure you book it! They've got all the things you need for your sweet pup :) or cat lol read more

Thankfully for over-the-top dog moms like me, places like treats unleashed exist. I ordered a dog cake online and they created the perfect cake! Online ordering was so easy. Curbside pick up was fast and convenient. The cake itself was BEAUTIFUL (prettier than some human cakes by a mile). My dogs loved it - especially the peanut butter icing. They also have lots of cute treats in store that I love to gift to other pet-parents! read more

I'm highly disappointed that I never went to this location before. I love the other location as far as size but you can't match customer service and acknowledgement. The lady I spoke to was so knowledgeable about everything and the food choice that I got, I was literally the whole time with my mouth dropped. Again I visit one location but the talk isn't the same. I do appreciate the help and suggestions as pet moms and dads need it. read more

Our 7 year old Havanese missed a couple of appointments before Christmas due to emergencies and I didn't have my hopes up that she could be groomed without so drastic measures to remove a few mats that I couldn't brush out. I was delighted when I picked her up and she looked great. I liked the care the groomer took to not take off too much off in the cold winter. read more

I needed a good pet store to grab my puppy some treats and I have to say this place is very nice. Came in and felt welcomed and the young lady working helped me with finding what I needed. The smell of the place made me hungry for some desserts lol so I know my puppy will be happy. Also, the make fresh treats daily which is definitely a plus! read more

Maggie helped us out on Saturday! We had to run some errands and doing so during COVID is not that fun, but we had a pleasant experience at Treats Unleashed. They are offering online or call in ordering and then curbside pick up. We ordered a bag of our cat's favorite healthy protein filled kibble "Origen's Cat and Kitten." We also get the pouched food packs by BFF. Maggie answered the phone, got the items for us and allowed us to pay over the phone. She had a mask and gloves on and even put the things into our trunk for us. It was super helpful. Thanks Treats Unleashed, for going above and beyond at this time! read more

I came here looking for a dog food that my dog would actually eat. Well we found some they lady's were very helpful and they also told me if he won't eat this bag of dog food then bring it back until we find one that he likes and will eat. What business has ever did that!! I'm very pleased with this store and prices are good too. Kind of hard finding a parking spot when it's busy around there but it's worth it!! They have anything you would need for a dog or cat. Their treats are amazing looking and smell amazing they are all home made cookies my dog loves them he always has to leave with at least a couple of them. lol I did bring back the first dog food that we got and they took it back with no issues and helped me find another one that he might like no extra charge or anything very pleased with them I'm sure everyone else will be too read more

My pup loves this place even more than I do! You can order your cake quickly and easily online, and luckily for me (and anyone else who has a little too much on their plate), you can place your order as late as the day before it's needed-- although I'm sure they'd appreciate receiving it sooner! read more

I've had my dog for 10 years, and he gets groomed every few months - I can't count the number of groomers I have used. I'm also a travel nurse and he comes with me everywhere I go - we have been to groomers in six different states. I can honestly say, without a doubt, this Treats Unleashed location is the best groomer we have ever been to by far. I paid $30 less here than I would at other groomers, and they still give him a way better groom than we have gotten anywhere else. After grooms elsewhere he may smell good for 2-3 days max, but after taking him here, he smelled good for WEEKS! Seriously. Cannot recommend them enough. Sometimes I think about moving back to Saint Louis just to be able to get him groomed here again. read more

I absolutely love Treats Unleashed. Well, my furbaby Daisy absolutely loves Treats Unleashed. She loves when I get her small iced cookies and the fish bites. Sometimes they even have a people cookie that I can have. I like to get her several of the No-Hide Chews. They come in different flavors like salmon, beef, pork, etc., and they are not made out of rawhide. When I have to put her in her playpen, I give her one of these and it keeps her busy for quite some time. She also loves it when I buy the meal mixers. Small bites of beef that I put in with her regular food as a little treat for her. They have dog food, stuffed toys, sweaters, any thing you need for your special furbaby. They also have a rewards program called the frequent barker. Would I come back here? Yes, and I have time and time again. I'll see you in the funny pages. read more

We love going to this store!! I adopted from the APA and went across the street to Treats Unleashed to stock up that first day. They have greeted my dog by name on every subsequent visit (which have been frequent). They give great advice and reviews on all products and recently I did my first grooming there which was also fantastic! And the treats are my dog's favorites--especially cheeseburger & the hard cookies (dog shaped and bone shaped). read more

Treats Unleashed - Treats Unleashed makes me happy! - Pet Stores Near Me - Richmond Heights, Missouri

Yes, I am a fan of Treats Unleashed. You want to know why? Because, no matter what store I shop, I know I am going to get high quality freshly made in house treats for my fur-baby. In addition to the treats, I will receive top notch personalized service. The associates are always friendly, knowledgeable and make me feel like my dog is the best in the world. TU is also a great place to buy quality dog food. This is when the staff really shine. They are so knowledgeable in the nutritional facts about the various brands. My baby eats totally grain free dry food and he's healthy as can be. If you're in need of accessories for your four legged friend, you can find beds, toys and colorful collars and leashes. If you love your K-9, you need to shop here. They're the best. read more

Closed on Labor Day with no Facebook post or warning! ARGH. (me and 3 other people were peeping through the dark windows that fateful day). They carry Zignature! And all the favors! I don't buy my dogs food here on the regular (canned duck is about $3.30/can) only because I want to avoid paying taxes on the $50/week food habit he has, thus employ the great internet and FedEx delivery. If I do need to get it locally, this is where I go. They don't often have enough cans to actually buy all of a dog's meals here, but they can a) check other stores so that you can make the rounds or b) order it. I once used their online order and delivery system, which said they had the items at the new CWE location, but the delivery person texted me from the store to say they didn't actually carry it. That was pretty annoying and since then I just use this location. Call ahead to check for stock, just to be sure. I also never leave here without a toy or two, and a pack of poop bags, which are super cute poop bags. Their treats all look delicious, for either me or the pup, but the one I gave my dog once did soften the poo enough to make me skeptical of giving him more. Old dogs and GI problems... They may have a couple for sensitive stomachs-I need to check on that. They have a rewards program, that I don't pay much attention to, but was told that I had a $10 treat credit last time I was in. Since my dog's intestinals don't appreciate the treats, I may just eat them myself! Aside from the holiday closure, I love this place. read more

Sharia did a great job on Rigsby's (my 75 lbs, vision impaired, older diabetic boy) nails, and the self-wash station is super convenient. Plus we love their selection of dry and fresh/raw chew bones! read more

St. Louis' own Treats Unleashed, opens another brick & mortar store in Brenthood! This place is adorable & should should be frequented by: 1) pet lovers 2) "shop local" folks 3) boutique (especially of the pet variety) connieusuires This place boasts your typical pet store fare (clothing, collars, food, toys...), but they also have an on site bakery to dish up yummy treats for your four pawed friends. I usually make my own dog treats at home, but came in recently to get some bday treats & doggy beer for my cavalier which he devoured! The great thing about this company is that they are passionate about pets. It shows in the products they choose to have in store (you won't find cheap Purina products & made in China toys in the shelves) & the staff who are pet people & share in your belief that your pet isn't just a pet, but family! read more

Fantastic cakes for your pet, a very large selection of homemade treats, and other pet accessories. The staff here really makes the difference. They are so friendly and accommodating. If you have a pet, it is essential that you visit this place. And the cakes are affordable, with several options for frosting and many options for colours. We have ordered two cakes here, one for our corgi Henry's birthday, and the other for his Gotcha day. Both were easy to order and very well created. You can order online, on phone, or in person. I recommend in person since you can browse other things and pick up a few treats. Also join their club and get free treats and a discount. read more

We love this location! They're always so kind and patient. It usually takes me 4 laps around the store to be ready to check out. The employees are helpful and care that I find what I'm looking for. The bakery treats are great! We've gotten the custom cake and treats before and our pups are always excited to get home to eat them! Great location, great employee, and the cutest treats! read more

We have been to several other locations and the customer service, knowledge base, and friendliness is always wonderful. However, we visited the Richmond Heights location today, for the first time. We met Maggie and another employee with red hair. Maggie was so great with our boy. She let him sample some treats and we bought some of his favorites. I love that this company is local and spotlights so many pet-friendly events, charities, etc. We will be back! Thanks Maggie! read more

My dog came out stress free and smelled so good! Staff super friendly and my dog loved them!

Seriously the best! groomers are fantastic, selection and quality are top notch! Excellent staff that actually loves pets.

I've had such inconsistent experiences with this store. I never see the same associate twice so I wonder if they're having staffing problems. Previously, I had an awesome experience at this location. There was a girl named Princess (or something of the sort) who worked there and she was extremely knowledgeable and I could tell she genuinely loved her job. She even recommended the Primal Marrow Bones which my dog LOVES. I usually go to Four Muddy Paws because it's extremely close to my house, but she made me think Treats Unleashed could be my new place. Until Friday. (12/22/2017). When I walked in, Nate yelled "Hello!" in my general direction and didn't bother to look up or leave the counter area. I saw they had product all over the floor and one girl was stickering everything so I figured a truck had just been delivered. Okay, whatever. So my friend and I were shopping. I brought him there specifically because he's a frequent shopper at Three Dogs Bakery and I wanted to know his opinion on which shop is better, generally speaking. No one asked us if we needed help finding anything. I had many questions about raw feeding and had no one to ask them to because they were too occupied with the truck. My friend was also in search of an oatmeal shampoo, but who would we ask? I get that you want to go home and as soon as possible. It's the holiday season after all. But don't dismiss your customers and prioritize other things above them. I picked out some treats and a couple toys for my pup for Christmas. I wanted to buy more (it's our first Christmas together), but after feeling unimportant, I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. The girl ringing me up was obviously new which I had no issue with. She's still learning and I have time. But I wasn't thanked for my purchase nor was I invited back. Overall, such a sad experience. I wanted to fall in love with Treats Unleashed especially because they're locally owned, but how could I when they don't value me? read more

THe BF stops at this location from time to time because he's in the area to grab food for our oldest. He brought me here on Sunday so we could grab some food for her. The store shares a parking lot with Andy's Frozen Custard. The store is neat and orderly. This location offers self grooming services which is cool. There was just one lady manning the store, whom was very friendly and helpful. I love going into Treats Unleashed, the employees are always helpful, friendly and eager to get to know you and remember your name. I love their products, especially the handmade, homemade treats (don't miss out on the frozen pup cups as a great cool treat/dessert). They carry only the best quality brand foods for your baby. I enjoy the activities throughout the year for the baby at the various locations from Easter Egg Hunts, Trick-or-Treating and Pie Eating contest. Another favorite is during the holidays and they offer giant personalized cookies and awesome pies by the slice or whole. Ohhhh and our newest find a few months back were the socks for walking. read more

Nice selection of toys and treats for dogs and cats. The coats and sweaters selection was a bit sparse. Prices a tad high, the self-serve dog wash is $16, which is more than double what I've paid in New York. Friendly service. read more

While the products at Treats Unleashed are certainly fantastic (they really are), the service is what will blow you away. I selected a few treats, but ended up talking pups and nutrition with the staff for a good ten minutes just because they were so wonderful to talk to. It's obvious the staff and the business owner take their pets very seriously and really understand how important a pets health is to their owners. I used to buy my treats online, but after my shopping experience here, I'm happy to say I'm willing to spend a little extra to ensure the quality Treats Unleashed takes pride in providing. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I took my dog in today for a nail trim and it wasn't until we were driving away that I realized THREE of his paws were actively BLEEDING from multiple nails. I called my vet immediately and took him straight there. They worked on stopping the bleeding and gave him an antibiotic in hopes of reducing pain and avoiding infection. I tried to call the store multiple times to talk to the manager at first to no answer and then to be informed there was no manager on property. I am in shock by the disregard for care and the fact that they would employ someone with blatant lack in skill. I only hope that other animals have not been subjected to this type of harm. I will never again step foot in a Treat's Unleashed. read more

I stopped into Treats Unleashed this evening to buy my puppy a treat for her 1st birthday. I was immediately greeted by incredibly friendly and knowledgable staff. Their love and passion for animals was more than evident.
