My daughter visited this shop with her ESA (emotional support animal) looking for healthy food options, and they were so helpful. They described different types of foods, chew toys, and treats. The shop itself is very well organized and so stinking adorable! If you have a furbaby, you should definitely check this place out! ...oh, I almost forgot to mention. A few days after the visit my daughter received a handwritten note in the mail thanking her for her support of a small & local shop.

The moment i walked in i felt unwelcome. I continued to go to Jessica who groomed my Maltipoo. My…read moreMaltipoo had long beautiful hair and for7 months she groomed her. She asked me to attend a "brushing class" which i did for free w her. I always felt confrontational w her like she didn't approve of me keeping my dog's hair long. Well it became apparent when she Hung up on me! I feel this was extremely unprofessional. I specifically asked her not to shave my dog and she did a 1 inch cut which to us is essentially shaved. Here are the pics. What's so bad is i feel she intentionally did this because she did not want to keep brushing my dogs long hair she said it was torturing her(the dog) and we weren't managing the hair well. I brush my dog's long hair w a wire brush and metal comb and then cut whatever knots out she has with scissors which i told her to do but her response was that will look choppy! So after expressing my displeasure of her decision to cut very short my long haired pup she hung up on me! Instead of cutting her hair so short, she should have said i am not comfortable with brushing and grooming her anymore and you should find a new cut. Instead she decided on her own to do this! And when my hubby picked our pup up that day, Jessica immediately said "she isn't shaved " which was apparently on my husband's shocked face, yes she was! Im not asking for my Money back but i do feel the owner of this "woman ran business" all woman only work there, should apologize for the unprofessional manner in which her employee conducted herself. Do not hang up on customers. In the future, Maybe take a class in how to be more professional in dealing with unsatisfied clients

What I don't care for is the difference in price, and the packages shown online, for the grooming salon. I order a certain package for a certain amount and when I get there, they always charge something else and some services were considered add-ons, when they were included in a package on the website. When a staff member told me about the price difference, I asked her why this isn't made clear on the website? It happens every time. But, Ruby likes them and they do a good job with her. The salon is one of the cleaner ones, too.

They filled me in on all the possible reasons my water feature could be losing water and gave me the number of Chad at Gateway Aquatics to come look at it. We are handy. My husband is in construction. We both stared at the water feature and had no idea where to even start troubleshooting it. I was SO grateful when Chad came by. Now, it's not free to have him come by...but it's helpful. He was very informative in explaining all the possible issues and how they could go about fixing it. He texted me an estimate that day or the next and could start the work the following week. I waited about a month to schedule but he was on it then. A 50% payment is required before the work is done and it can be paid by credit card with no extra fee. Chad and the helper came by on time and did a great job fixing it. In my case, the water feature was leaking water. They dug up the hillside, replaced the hose, replaced one pump, replaced the waterfall box, and a few other small things. Total was around $2,500. I was shocked to hear him tell me how much people pay for these things. SHOCKED. I inherited it in a house purchase and it better be good for a while with no calls to Chad needed!
