My pup in the bathing station

I stumbled upon this place looking for a "self-wash" station in the area. It's a pet boutique in the main area of O'fallon, great location honestly. I took both my fur babies there and I'm absolutely thrilled with how the experience was. You schedule a time for you to give your fur baby a bath and don't have to pay for the time slot to be held. They have 2 options, the baseline diy bath, or the spa treatment for only a few dollars extra. I fully recommend getting the Spa treatment especially as we near the colder months. Due to the fact it includes so much more for your baby Truly a unique experience and I will continue to come here as long as possible.

As always, I walk into Furchild for one thing and leave with a few, but it's always for a good reason - and that reason is Julie Rohr and her wonderful mother. Rylan has always been fairly well-mannered and is friendly once he gets to know you, but he tends to pull on his leash during walks and now he's learning how to share his house with his arch nemesis - a cat. I expressed my concerns with Julie and her mom and they knew exactly what to do about it. I've tried many different harnesses and collars, but I've never tried a pinch collar because I didn't know how to properly use them and didn't want to hurt him. Julie fit him with one and showed me exactly how to use it and got him to do what I couldn't do in the 4+ years I've had him. I was absolutely blown away at how he reacted to this new collar and the amount of instruction she gave and the reasons behind WHY it works. Her philosophy is that she will not sell anything she would not use on her own dogs, so she has first-hand experience on everything she sells and why her products are beneficial. I will forever make the 30 minute drive to her store becaue of how they treat me and Rylan. If you haven't gone yet, GO!

New cute Pet Boutique in downtown O'Fallon. Tons of products to chose from - leashes, collars, outfits, accessories, toys, treats, food, decor and much more! They have unique food & treats that you wouldn't find at your chain pet shop. The owners even have holiday themed treats, toys & accessories! Not only is it a pet boutique but they also have self service baths in the back of the store! So you can take Fido for a bath and not having to mess up your home bathtub or feel guilty for dropping him off at the groomer for hours! Definitely a unique touch that I will take advantage of! If you have a pet, check out Furchild for all of their needs!

They filled me in on all the possible reasons my water feature could be losing water and gave me the number of Chad at Gateway Aquatics to come look at it. We are handy. My husband is in construction. We both stared at the water feature and had no idea where to even start troubleshooting it. I was SO grateful when Chad came by. Now, it's not free to have him come by...but it's helpful. He was very informative in explaining all the possible issues and how they could go about fixing it. He texted me an estimate that day or the next and could start the work the following week. I waited about a month to schedule but he was on it then. A 50% payment is required before the work is done and it can be paid by credit card with no extra fee. Chad and the helper came by on time and did a great job fixing it. In my case, the water feature was leaking water. They dug up the hillside, replaced the hose, replaced one pump, replaced the waterfall box, and a few other small things. Total was around $2,500. I was shocked to hear him tell me how much people pay for these things. SHOCKED. I inherited it in a house purchase and it better be good for a while with no calls to Chad needed!
