In general we try to support small businesses, and Flying Fur has been through so much in the last few years, with the pandemic and other roadblocks (I.e. a lightning fire) that would've likely made many other business owners call it quits. Aimee has persevered and asked for patience from her patrons through several moves and other personal challenges but always ALWAYS remembers to respond to appointment requests and works us in within a week or two when we need a grooming. I'm proud to support her business as she has remained professional and dedicated through it all as a one-woman show. All that said, she also does a really great job on our pup! Sasha always looks so fresh and adorable after her grooming and smells so nice. The cute seasonally themed bandanas are also a nice touch! We love Flying Fur and will continue to be customers regardless of where Aimee moves her shop :)

We humans schedule our manicures on the regular, so why shouldn't we do the same for our fur-babies. You can call and schedule a nail trim for your favorite dog. Call, schedule and while you wait in the small reception area, your dog can get a traditional nail trim, or for a few dollars more, you can have the nails done with a grinder which makes the trim smoother. My dogs have always enjoyed the spa treatment, so I go for the full experience. A refreshing bath and a manicure, is well worth it. If you have a bath and brush dog, I highly recommend Cathy. She loves dogs and will put your dogs at ease.

My pups turned out so adorable, Albert did a fantastic job and I could tell he loved his job. While I was there I checked out the daycare and boarding aspect and was intrigued by the "cage free" environment. It just so happened that the next week I needed a last minute dog sitter and immediately thought of Club Whisker Bones. I went in for my sniff session and I learned a lot. Staff was very knowledgable about dog behaviors and explained the process and need of the sniff session. I was a little worried because my little pup is a tad rambunctious, but they were able to assess which behaviors needed to be corrected and gave me great information to help out at home. They offer behavioral and training classes also, so I'll be looking into that next. All in all, we were given the okay for daycare and my dogs looked like they had a blast. It was a huge motivator with the kennel free atmosphere and all the staff I met knew each dog and their personality. The best part was the report cards I received at the end of each day. An individualized overview of the pups day along with photos made it all worthwhile and I knew I made the right decision to have them stay at Club Whisker Bones. We will definitely be back!

I was getting really nervous cause it usually doesn't take them that long. Finally they called me to pick him up. When I got there It took them 20min to bring my dog out from the back. when they brought out my dog. they cut him and said it was a itty bitty scratch. when I got home and looked at it. It was this big GASH!!! very DISAPPOINTED!! My dog is only 2Ibs and 11 months old. I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN!!! They still made me pay for the big gash that they did to my dog. I'm honestly so frustrated that this happened!!!

Rylan has always been fairly well-mannered and is friendly once he gets to know you, but he tends to pull on his leash during walks and now he's learning how to share his house with his arch nemesis - a cat. I expressed my concerns with Julie and her mom and they knew exactly what to do about it. I've tried many different harnesses and collars, but I've never tried a pinch collar because I didn't know how to properly use them and didn't want to hurt him. Julie fit him with one and showed me exactly how to use it and got him to do what I couldn't do in the 4+ years I've had him. I was absolutely blown away at how he reacted to this new collar and the amount of instruction she gave and the reasons behind WHY it works. Her philosophy is that she will not sell anything she would not use on her own dogs, so she has first-hand experience on everything she sells and why her products are beneficial. Eventually it all worked. Store is located in the heart of historic O'Fallon, IL district. Arrived on time and were warmly greeted. Space is set up with some fun and unique doggy items up front, and the services in rear. Nail trims went off without a hitch-very friendly and capable staff doing the work, and I liked that they dremel sand the sharp nail edges! Staff then helped get us set up at the two wash stations. All supplies readily available including various shampoos and conditioners, brushes, towels etc. Liked the stations a lot, only downside was running out of warm water at the end. Overall very good experience and will use them again.
