We've been boarding our miniature schnauzer, JP, with Traveling Tails Inn since fall 2012 when we…read morerescued him from PAWS Chicago. Traveling Tails Inn offers daycare, dog training, basic grooming (they no longer offer haircuts), and boarding for dogs. We regularly have JP attend day care or boarding when we are out of town. Rates are very reasonable and the facilities are clean, bright, and open. Video cameras are live so that you can watch your pooch via an app. Our favorite part is that Traveling Tails Inn allows the dogs to form a pack in an open space during the day. Our dog comes home tired and happy. It gives him a break from his instinctual need to "protect" our house and from walking on a leash in St. Louis. We couldn't be happier with Traveling Tails Inn.

They were in great need of being groomed and that is what we received. They look adorable. I love the attention that they took and gave for each dog. We will definitely return to Lucky dog. Also, I believe that when you compare them to other places, they are one of the most affordable places with quality grooming.

Her hair looks great, and she smells lovely. Most appointments take about one hour 30 min. So,what happened last week seems unusual and upsetting. We dropped her off at 10:20am, , and expected she would be ready by noon. We never got a message or text, so we called before noon, and was told she would be ready at 3:30pm. WHAT... WHY... the response was they were very busy, and short staffed. Why didn't

Just left Miss Anderson's grooming. VERY DISSATISFIED and here is why........a month ago when I…read morepicked my dog up just as they were closing, I noticed he had the wrong collar on. Come to find out it was the wrong Wheaton terrier! They had sent my dog home with some one else who they had to call and come back with my dog! If I had not caught that right away, I would have had to wrong dog over night and my dog with strangers overnight bc they were closing. I called to talk with the owner (BETH) the next day, she apologized and said he could get a free spa treatment next time. I was under the impression that meant a free grooming. Dropped him off today expecting them to make right the huge mistake last time. WRONG......I was stilled charged $86 today and come to find out "spa package" is $10. When I got home I called to discuss my dissatisfaction. Beth cut me off mid sentence and I was told my dog was not harmed, they had no AC in their shop today and it was 90 degrees there and I should feel free to take my business else. My response, "oh you bet your ass I will" and then she hung up on me! I don't know who uses this poorly run Business but not only did they make a huge mistake and basically did nothing to compensate but they are extremely rude! Bye bye Miss Anderson

So my husband attempted to drop him off and nobody was there. He waited until 730 and brought him back home and went on to work. I get a phone call about missing the appointment, explained what happened and rescheduled for the following week and them assuring that someone would be there at 7. My husband showed up the following week to drop our puppy off and AGAIN nobody there. He called , waited until 715 and a girl showed up. She was not nice to my husband and told him that they don't open until 8 unless we had an appointment. He explained that we did and she was rude. Jump ahead to October we made another grooming appointment and play day, dropped her off at 9 and picked her up at 330 and they forgot to groom him. Most recently I dropped him off for a grooming and when I picked him up the lady was very rude and unprofessional.

The moment i walked in i felt unwelcome. I continued to go to Jessica who groomed my Maltipoo. My…read moreMaltipoo had long beautiful hair and for7 months she groomed her. She asked me to attend a "brushing class" which i did for free w her. I always felt confrontational w her like she didn't approve of me keeping my dog's hair long. Well it became apparent when she Hung up on me! I feel this was extremely unprofessional. I specifically asked her not to shave my dog and she did a 1 inch cut which to us is essentially shaved. Here are the pics. What's so bad is i feel she intentionally did this because she did not want to keep brushing my dogs long hair she said it was torturing her(the dog) and we weren't managing the hair well. I brush my dog's long hair w a wire brush and metal comb and then cut whatever knots out she has with scissors which i told her to do but her response was that will look choppy! So after expressing my displeasure of her decision to cut very short my long haired pup she hung up on me! Instead of cutting her hair so short, she should have said i am not comfortable with brushing and grooming her anymore and you should find a new cut. Instead she decided on her own to do this! And when my hubby picked our pup up that day, Jessica immediately said "she isn't shaved " which was apparently on my husband's shocked face, yes she was! Im not asking for my Money back but i do feel the owner of this "woman ran business" all woman only work there, should apologize for the unprofessional manner in which her employee conducted herself. Do not hang up on customers. In the future, Maybe take a class in how to be more professional in dealing with unsatisfied clients
