They are hard working, kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The facility itself is well kept & very clean. Safety is a top priority all dogs must be immunized to ensure all dogs are safe. The dog yards are separated depending on the size of your furry friend, the play areas are well maintained heated & cooled to keep the dogs comfortable. They have video surveillance, which is a plus for any owner. Dogs can roam from inside to outside freely & they are supervised with loving attendants who are with the dogs the whole time. They have half and full day packages & overnight stay which I also used. The overnight stay service was outstanding. They added a full grooming service so it's a one stop shop which is so convenient for the dog owner. if you are looking for a reputable, caring, well maintained facility you can in trust your dog with look no further Lucky Dog Barks is it. you won't be disappointed and your dog will love you for it.

They were in great need of being groomed and that is what we received. They look adorable. I love the attention that they took and gave for each dog. We will definitely return to Lucky dog. If you love your pets do not take them to Animal Hospital of O'Fallon…read more Putting aside for a moment that the inside of the place is cold, hard, and shabby like an Eastern Bloc morgue, the vet techs cannot complete simple tasks like reading the location of a clinic printed on a past vet record. Apparently, differentiating between "Illinois" and "South Carolina" is not something they teach at vet tech school. But if they can't get basic literacy right, then what else are they screwing up? I wanted to understand what was going on because my cats can't speak for themselves and it's my duty to protect them. Then out of nowhere, the veterinarian, Dr. Schilling, accused me of "insulting" the vet tech. This is a lie, one that goes to the very heart of Dr. Schilling's character (or lack thereof). But even before that, speaking with Dr. Schilling was frustrating because she does not converse like a medical professional or even an adult. If concern for my pets makes me a bad man -- if concern for my pets makes me "insulting" -- then I'm guilty as charged. But I suspect everyone reading this review is guilty of the same. I rounded up my little guys and immediately got them out of that dark and sad little place, away from these insane and unprofessional people. As other reviewers have noted, it's important to keep in mind they'll take your money long before they see your pets. I understand why now.

I just wanna say... it's been 1 year and 3 days since I've involved myself with this place. Tried…read moreto not think of it to be honest.. I have wanted to leave a view so many times.. I used to hold so much resentment for this facility and I still do really.. My cat passed away a year ago on this day, August 23rd. Three days prior of her passing, I took her to this place... When I dropped off my cat to be groomed. I never expected that three days later she would have died. And I can't help but think that, Her experience here had something to do with it.. My cat had regular checkups at her vet, so I was never made aware that there was an underlining health problem with my sweet baby. My cat had also never been groomed before. I found this place and read a couple of good reviews but I guess I didn't read enough of them and I certainly didn't read them on Yelp... If I had I wouldn't have chosen this place. I made it clear to the owner that she had never been groomed before, let alone a full on soaking bath. I just took her there to get her ears cleaned and her nails clipped. I asked about the dander in her Fur, and if it could be removed without a Bath, she said that she's looking a little oily and that she could probably use the bath and I expressed that she's never had one. And she said no worries I'll turn on the water and see how she does. After she cleans her ears and clips her nails. She tells me that she seems to be doing okay with the water. And that she'll go forward with the bath.. i said ok ( I assumed that for someone to work at a cat grooming place that they're experienced in bathing a cat.) So I proceeded to go to my car and wait until she was done.. I came back in about 20 minutes later and I could hear my cat yowling, While she was using a very loud machine to blow dry her.. When the owner comes out from the back she looked Like she had claw marks/bleeding scratches all over her arms and hands.( And they weren't there when I dropped off my cat.) Which made me believe my cat gave her a problem. I asked if everything was okay and she insisted that it was and that she did great. But something in me knew that wasn't the case. I honestly feel like she traumatized my cat.. Especially after getting her back to me, my cat definitely looked scared. Not to mention, the owner seemed very chaotic and spurattic with her movements.. ( I couldn't help but to assume, judging the fact that she might have been under the influence of something) 2 days later, I noticed a change in my cat. She wasn't acting normal and her breathing was very rapid. I took her into the vet and they informed me she is having problems breathing and her heart was inlarged. They explained it to me a CHF. (Congestive heart failure) And she died about a day later. The first thing I couldn't help but think was that her experience with the groomer traumatized her so aggressively that it affected her heart. And I also couldn't help but think that. She was uncaring and not really gentle with my cat. And probably forced her the bath and forced blow-dried her. And her poor little heart was probably pumping so hard.... I blame this place and I still kind of do. But just the experience that I had With that place in itself was unpleasant and didn't help to not convince me, it was the blame. I always think about my precious fur baby. But today's hitting a little harder, Being as I found her no longer with us on this day one year ago. I just wanted to share my story. Thank you for anyone who took the time to read. RIP LUCI 8/23/22

I was getting really nervous cause it usually doesn't take them that long. Finally they called me to pick him up. I have sincerely loved shopping at and getting Hank groomed at Whisker Bones' home store for the last year. The staff is incredible, the treats are fantastic, and Hank's grooming has been so perfect! I really hoped the boarding facility would live up to the parent company reputation, but I was sadly so mistaken. We took our dog (a golden retriever puppy who lives up to every stereotype of such) to the mandatory screening/interview session to see if he could be permitted to attend daycare or boarding- standard practice, good idea, I totally agree with the concept. However, the assessor (I don't know his name, but he's a young man with a nose ring) brought in two very aggressive dogs who upset mine. My husband had to pull the "host dog" off of ours on two separate occasions because it got way to aggressive and dangerous. The host dog growled and barked, bore his teeth, and actually jumped all over our dog- twice! The assessor also said the host dog had earned the nick name of "the controller" since he apparently didn't like other dogs and felt the need to control them. Then, the assessor "evaluated" our dog on a scale of green light (passable), yellow light (cautionary, should not board), and red light (no day care, no boarding, beware), and considered our dog "yellow light" due to his "aggressive behavior." When in reality, the host dogs were so aggressive that hey had earned nick names for themselves as such, and my husband had to physically pull the host dog off of ours. It was truly such a heart breaking experience. I cried on the way home because I was so upset about the treatment of our dog. I'm sincerely disappointed, and I hate to give negative feedback, but I feel like it's very important that I share this experience. Club WB might be too new to see their weaknesses, but I would start with the assessor and the dogs he chooses to mingle with incoming pups to get a real pulse for it all. Today's experience was an actual true shame.

Rylan has always been fairly well-mannered and is friendly once he gets to know you, but he tends to pull on his leash during walks and now he's learning how to share his house with his arch nemesis - a cat. I expressed my concerns with Julie and her mom and they knew exactly what to do about it. I've tried many different harnesses and collars, but I've never tried a pinch collar because I didn't know how to properly use them and didn't want to hurt him. Julie fit him with one and showed me exactly how to use it and got him to do what I couldn't do in the 4+ years I've had him. I was absolutely blown away at how he reacted to this new collar and the amount of instruction she gave and the reasons behind WHY it works. Her philosophy is that she will not sell anything she would not use on her own dogs, so she has first-hand experience on everything she sells and why her products are beneficial. I will forever make the 30 minute drive to her store becaue of how they treat me and Rylan. If you haven't gone yet, GO!
