    Snoopy all fluffy and handsome as he looked like a rag doll when we arrived

    Snoopy has high anxiety so I was nervous taking him to a new groomer. I was with Jenni W. and she did an AMAZING job. She was very humble and had nothing bad to say about my boy. I would recommend her to anyone! Thank you Jenni we will definitely be coming back

    My daughter wanted to treat me by getting my dog groomed for Mother's Day. This was last minute because she was also taking me to lunch. She reviewed groomers in our local area and saw that the PetSmart in a town nearby had 4.6 stars out of 384 reviews. She then contacted them and they had an open slot. I personally walked my dog in and spoke with the groomer. I informed the groomer that my dog did have some areas that matted due to his collar and issues with his ears matting. The groomer did inform if there were to be matting they charge an additional fee per 1/2 an hour. I called my daughter to make sure I had gone over everything that was to be expected. My daughter provided a picture of exactly what we were wanting and the groomer agreed as well as showing me the hair chart. The groomer did what I believe to be a thorough rubdown of his coat and assured me there should not be any issues. I then made sure she had both telephone numbers to contact us if there were to be any issues. I stressed to the groomer this is my Service Dog and we're never apart. Couple of hours went by and we decided to check-in just to make sure everything was okay. I stopped by the ladies room and my daughter would go in to retrieve my dog and pay. Before I walked thru the door my daughter's face said it all. My dog who has been thoroughly trained was now jumping almost into my arms as I walked thru the door. He was both jumping and skittish at the same time. My eyes immediately filled with tears because he was now unrecognizable both mentally and physically. One of the groomers asked if we wanted a manager and I immediately said yes. We spoke at length to Katelyn who we were informed was the manager. At the time Katelyn stated she understood. I asked why weren't we at least contacted and informed that there were issues with him. Katelyn at that time informed policy had not been followed. She informed that PetSmart's policy was to contact the owner if issues arose. At that time she displayed compassion and appeared to be somewhat empathetic informing she could not put hair back on his body. When we arrived home we noticed that he would flinch when touched and now appear skittish. While feeding him and under the lights we noticed what appears to be patches and him looking close to have been razor shaven. None of the grooming that was discussed was followed. My dog's feet, ears and mouth were still dirty. The cut to his feet shows both long and short strands. His ears are dirty and full of hair. I then contacted PetSmart wanting to review the video just because his demeanor was completely off. I was informed they would have Katelyn contact me. Katelyn contacted me and wanted to know what else I needed assistance with because after reviewing the video and that I signed off to everything I received. I informed her lack of compassion was alarming and quite disheartening. I informed her I was contacting her on what I believe are legitimate concerns and I felt she was being quite dismissive. Katelyn then informed me of Petsmart's vigorous training and that the groomer had over nine years of experience. I then reiterated to her my concerns and that this is my service dog who I need to alert for medical emergencies. Katelyn then informed me that she does not know what I am expecting. I then asked to possibly view the video and she then informed she would contact legal and inform me if that is possible.

    Awesome job on my Pomeranian listened to everything I wanted and she looks very cute! Cassie is an amazing Groomer

    Meh. Go to amazon instead for dog crates, beds. Poor selection, no one to help, overpriced

    The moment i walked in i felt unwelcome. I continued to go to Jessica who groomed my Maltipoo. My…read moreMaltipoo had long beautiful hair and for7 months she groomed her. She asked me to attend a "brushing class" which i did for free w her. I always felt confrontational w her like she didn't approve of me keeping my dog's hair long. Well it became apparent when she Hung up on me! I feel this was extremely unprofessional. I specifically asked her not to shave my dog and she did a 1 inch cut which to us is essentially shaved. Here are the pics. What's so bad is i feel she intentionally did this because she did not want to keep brushing my dogs long hair she said it was torturing her(the dog) and we weren't managing the hair well. I brush my dog's long hair w a wire brush and metal comb and then cut whatever knots out she has with scissors which i told her to do but her response was that will look choppy! So after expressing my displeasure of her decision to cut very short my long haired pup she hung up on me! Instead of cutting her hair so short, she should have said i am not comfortable with brushing and grooming her anymore and you should find a new cut. Instead she decided on her own to do this! And when my hubby picked our pup up that day, Jessica immediately said "she isn't shaved " which was apparently on my husband's shocked face, yes she was! Im not asking for my Money back but i do feel the owner of this "woman ran business" all woman only work there, should apologize for the unprofessional manner in which her employee conducted herself. Do not hang up on customers. In the future, Maybe take a class in how to be more professional in dealing with unsatisfied clients
