If your dog likes to dress up (mine does), you'll find coats, sweaters and even little booties to make them the envy of other dogs. The staff is all dog lovers, so you know the customer service is going to be good. They'll assist you in finding what ever you need and will make over your dog as much as you do. Luckily, the area doesn't get too busy in the morning and mid-afternoon so drop off and pick-up is quite easy. You can pay for parking using the Passport app or use a street parking and walk a little bit. Lisa, her groomer is such a friendly, energetic lady who is always willing to listen to your needs but is also very safety-conscious while grooming your little one. She is also a certified canine esthetician. We found this salon through a recommendation of the president of the rescue organization we adopted Marley from and we're not at all disappointed. They're great with making appointments, in fact, she has the rest of the year scheduled already and she always comes home looking and smelling great. Since she hates the dryer, they always try to accomodate her by placing a few fans to help dry her up without upsetting her too much. Being a corgi, Marley doesn't get a haircut but I've seen some of the dogs who have gotten some hair cut with their grooming and they look great! They do a great job with her nails though, trimming around her pads, and some de-shedding (not that you can ever stop a corgi from shedding!) Anyway, this place treats her well and I'm happy to have somewhere that knows how to care for my baby properly!

As long as she is properly groomed. They call me back in an hour, tell me they could not remove all of the matting, she'd have to be taken to a vet & be sedated for it all to be removed. She'll be ready by 5. Ummmmm ok. I was annoyed because the owner bragged about all these credentials she had and how she's been in business for so long but couldn't handle matting. But whatever. They also tell me they would only charge me for what hair they could get off of her. my sister arrived to pick up my dog, and was informed that they indeed were able to remove all of her hair but did not bathe her at all. The owner then informed my sister that they had been working on her all day. Which is a lie, because when I called at 3:45 the owner told me they hadn't gotten to her yet! My sister said the owner then tried to clean it up and say "well we've been going back-and-forth with her all day." so which is it, were are you going back-and-forth with her all day or did you not get to her until 345???? Furthermore, if you have been working on her all day, by the end of the day she should be all finished and ready for a bath, right? I paid $70 for her to only get cut and they barely cut her nails. I feel like after they cut her, why couldn't she get a bath? She's 6 lbs and hairless now, her bath and blow dry should have not taken that long. I typically try to stick with what I'm used to, but I'm so glad I ventured off and gave this place a try. Staff was friendly, and if it's your first time coming in, they give you a run-down on how everything works. They provide everything that you need (shampoo, conditioner, soap scrub brush, drying towel, slicker brushes, deshedding comb, finishing spray, aprons and high velocity dryers). I was able to bathe my fur baby Milo, and got him looking like he is fresh from the groomers. Staff will come and disinfect the tubs and drying stations and put clean items out for the next customer.For $21, this is definitely a deal. I am definitely coming back to use the self-service wash!

I also pick up the dachshund wet loaf food, it is pricey, but my dog loves it and looks forward to breakfast and dinner. For my cat, I get the purina one chicken dry food. He also loves the beef and liver purina one wet food - he eats the whole can! I tend to always pick up some 'destroyer' toys for my dog and they have all kinds to choose from. Same with the cat toy selection. Lastly, I always grab a pack of the Himalayan cheese bones. Marlo goes crazy for them!
