we took our dog to Elite Pet Spa. don't be thrown off by the lack of five star ambience. they loved on Dottie like no other groomer we've too. we asked for a facial trim, bath, toe nails and rear end services. the bill was $55. just an excellent experience. Very reasonable. Highly recommend.

I am beyond upset. I have been coming here with my older dog for 3 years now and have had no problems other than them rarely calling to tell you your pet is ready... but today I brought in my puppy that is not even 1 yet and had the most beautiful long coat. I told the lady THREE times I just want her ends barely touched but I do want t her butt cleaned up since stuff gets stuck in there and that I love her long hair.. I made sure that I said it a few times since there is a language barrier. They should be writing down what each person wants in their animals grooming. When I picked my little girl up I told them that is not what I asked for and the owner said it was a miscommunication ... but the lady I told it to would not even look at me. ALL I ASKED FOR WAS A TRIM. She is about to have 1st birthday party in a few weeks and it's not even a good cut... it's all uneven. I got in my car and just cried. 3 years of going there I will not be returning. (The little one is on the right) All groomers should definitely write down what each person wants cut on their dog instead of responding "we did the same cut we do on all Pomeranians" especially when there is a language barrier ...

Nelson, my formerly beautiful Maine Coon. :(

Such a loving groomer. She was very tender with my dog. She seemed to know every dog's quirks

Galena was very aware of that and took extra care and time to greet and comfort my puppy and allow her to calm down.

As long as she is properly groomed. They call me back in an hour, tell me they could not remove all of the matting, she'd have to be taken to a vet & be sedated for it all to be removed. She'll be ready by 5. Ummmmm ok. I was annoyed because the owner bragged about all these credentials she had and how she's been in business for so long but couldn't handle matting. But whatever. They also tell me they would only charge me for what hair they could get off of her. my sister arrived to pick up my dog, and was informed that they indeed were able to remove all of her hair but did not bathe her at all. The owner then informed my sister that they had been working on her all day. Which is a lie, because when I called at 3:45 the owner told me they hadn't gotten to her yet! My sister said the owner then tried to clean it up and say "well we've been going back-and-forth with her all day." so which is it, were are you going back-and-forth with her all day or did you not get to her until 345???? Furthermore, if you have been working on her all day, by the end of the day she should be all finished and ready for a bath, right? I paid $70 for her to only get cut and they barely cut her nails. I feel like after they cut her, why couldn't she get a bath? She's 6 lbs and hairless now, her bath and blow dry should have not taken that long.
