Three hours…read morelater she called me and said she had a personal emergency halfway through grooming one of my dogs. She said she was gone an hour. She finished the grooming when she got back. We were not happy with the cuts. I think she hurried through to get done. When I called to let them know I was unhappy, the manager said she is new to grooming. That was his excuse. The store is always clean, we'll stocked, and faxed to look nice. I'd like to make a special mention to Randi, Kerry, and Jared (sp) as they are usually the staff I work with. They provide the best customer service, have a great attitude, and always have a smile on their face. They sometimes ask about my pets. Just enough so that I know they care, but never so much that I feel they are praying. The staff are very respectful and polite.
