We quickly discovered that the problems we were having were much more severe than we thought initially. Our dog had a severe case of separation anxiety. We learned through video recording that anytime we would leave him, he would go into an anxious fit soiling his crate and then becoming even more anxious that he had had an accident. We had asked another dog trainer for help, but because of her limited schedule and my difficult work hours she seemed to be unable (or unwilling) to make adjustments to help us. I was in tears daily over the situation and it was causing turmoil in our home. We even considered finding a new home for Buddy, but not only would that have broken our hearts, but who wants to adopt a dog with that severe of a problem. When I called Ian at Tail Command, he immediately set up an appointment to come to our home and help us. He did not overcharge us, or try to set up multiple appointments to keep himself financially funded. He spent a lot of time learning about Buddy's behavior and multiple anxiety issues. Ian was not only supportive of our dog, but of me as his owner and the distress that I was facing due to his problems. Ian was available to us by email and phone between appointments and did not charge us extra for those services. Due to the behavior training we received from Tail Command, within approximately a month, our problem with separation anxiety had lessened by 90%. Our little Buddy had stopped soiling his crate and then house breaking came along more naturally shortly afterwards. Tail Command is an excellent business with excellent owners. They are not only knowledgeable, but supportive as well. If not for the support and training of Ian and his staff, we would have had to get rid of our little Buddy. We can never fully express in a short review how valuable the services we received there have been to our dog and our family. Thank you Tail Command! We love you guys!

Our dogs have been going here for years now for both day care, short overnight stays and extended…read moreboarding during travel. We have had an excellent experience-- our dogs are clearly happy to arrive and are content and exhausted when they get home from a daycare day. We aim for them to get 1-2 visits for day care per week for much of the year, and have had them stay overnight for as long as 1.5-2 weeks. We recommend them to all our friends (and so far, our friends and their dogs have been happy, too!).

He had never been away from us/our home. She placed him into a suite. They are so nice and immaculate. The environment cause him so much stress, he refused to eat. I know that Sherry tried everything possible to get him to eat,. I had bragged about how easy he was to get to eat. It was an unfortunate experience for Sherry but in all honesty, we did not worry one single bit about while we were away. I Highly recommend boarding your dog here. First with fatally, aggressive, (and unnecessary ) treatment plan, then with follow up /monitoring, during treatment, and finally when things went south.unaggressiive treatment leading to his very undignified demise. We lost our beloved pet completely unnecessarily. Disrurbingly the , responsible doctor shows no remorse or accountability. Beware and double check on any recommendations or treatment plans this institution suggest for your animal. Reading and being bold enough to stand up to the treatment are not would've saved my beloved dog.

We called to get an appointment on Friday September 6th, it was about 7:30am when they opened and I was desperate to get an appointment as soon as possible for my old dog who we had found some issues with. They were able to get us in at 8am that same morning and were just as concerned as I was about the issues with my dog. GREEN FLAG RIGHT AWAY! They were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They walked me through the entire process and the vet surgeon scheduled us for surgery the following Monday, which she's usually not working on Mondays, but she came in on her day off to do surgery on my baby and to take great care of her! That was phenomenal and above and beyond service that I've ever received in the years that I have taken my dogs to vets. We just moved back to this area from Las Vegas and we are just very thankful we found our forever place for our dogs! Thank you guys!!!

The cats took to her right away, which isn't usually the case with one of them. Customer service at Pampered Paws is exactly what you want when you are turning over your house keys and entrusting someone with your pets. She always got right back to me to answer any questions I had. We did an initial meeting at the house where we went over all the paperwork and info about the cats and everything she needed to know about the house. She is very detail oriented. While we were gone she would check in once a day with texts to notify us she had visited the house and that the cats were ok. Angie is very professional and it's so nice to be able to go out of town and know that the kitties have been well taken care of. I highly recommend her if you are in the market for a new pet sitter or need any of the other services she offers to help you take care of your pets.
