While we were gone she would check in once a day with texts to notify us she had visited the house and that the cats were ok. I thought there would be people there who would play with her like I saw people playing with the dogs in her video. And, I thought she would have Constant Supervision. Sadly, when I looked on the webcams throughout the day, I saw her sitting by herself in a cage with one other dog and the place looked deserted. Now I took her there 6 times and she was there for 9 hours each time. Only the Last 3 times were the Webcams working. And since I work I didn't see her entire day, but I saw enough to know that unfortunately I will not be bringing her back.

I called today and they said, no it's $40 a night but if you pay with a credit card (which I did), it's $45 a night. I was never told that or else I would have paid cash. I said I was told on the phone $25/night. The woman on the phone said "oh it must have been a man who told you that" (it was). My dog came home with more food than I expected, so I doubt she was fed enough, even though they were given instructions. The webcams were down all day Saturday. I was able to see them on Sunday. Otherwise, the building seemed decent and they appeared to have a big play area outside. I feel totally ripped off and we won't be going back. I called back and talked to the man who gave me the original price. I said I would gladly bring in $75 cash if he would refund my credit card payment. He refused, I said I would be disputing it with my card company. He said you do that so you get charged for it. So I'm dealing with this still. Other people I know stated something similar happened to them here as well. An absolutely unprofessional business.
