So each dog gets one on one time and are not kenneled all day long. After you drop off you can pick your dog up within a hour or two. Her prices vary on breed and are about 5-10 dollars more then everywhere I called or have taken my dogs in the past but its worth it considering its just your dog there and its fast hour or two and done no CRATES. Our Saint Bernard came home looking like a different dog I know she must feel soooo much better with all the loose fur and mats out, and Bark Side didn't shame us or make me feel awful about how bad her coat was (which I greatly appreciated because I already beat myself up over it tenfold). They do not listen to you or your concerns. Our family's animals have always gone to here and in the last few years, I feel as if they do not care about saving or helping people's fur babies. There is no care or empathy for animals. We. took our dogs there last summer and were treated like absolute SCUM by the techs, Tracy, and her husband. One of the techs told us to our faces that she was not bathing our dogs because she "didn't want to". Our most recent visit, we waited an hour and a half in the waiting room. Our dog clearly could not breathe, but we still needed to wait. There were dogs there for shots and smaller things, whatever. We finally got back into a room. Tracy told us she didn't hear or see anything wrong. She shoved medicine at us and told us "that's what she would do". We demanded at least an xray be done. She did the xray. Told us everything looked good and that he was fine. There was some fluid on his lungs but she had no concerns. Everything looked "good". We left. Our dog suffocated and died. Customer service at Pampered Paws is exactly what you want when you are turning over your house keys and entrusting someone with your pets. She always got right back to me to answer any questions I had. We did an initial meeting at the house where we went over all the paperwork and info about the cats and everything she needed to know about the house. She is very detail oriented. While we were gone she would check in once a day with texts to notify us she had visited the house and that the cats were ok. Angie is very professional and it's so nice to be able to go out of town and know that the kitties have been well taken care of. I highly recommend her if you are in the market for a new pet sitter or need any of the other services she offers to help you take care of your pets.
