I was pleased with them so went back. I asked about paw prints and Gary Butler said he could do it. When I picked up the remains on Wednesday, December 3, the paw prints were in a card and were smudged to the point I could not tell what they were. I had expected a print in clay, which I did not get. I was so disappointed, I felt like crying and commented about the print not being clear. The woman in the office stated that the cat must have been in bad shape. I found that to be disrespectful. The cat was in perfect condition. He was an indoor cat and was kept cold until he was taken to Butler. I wasn't even given the option of the clay print. Given the lack of empathy toward my feelings and, I can never get the prints now. The cost was more than I had expected since last year. I have 2 more older cats. Butler will not be my first choice when the time comes for cremation for them

Now not only is my friend out money, but the pet they loved and cherished still has not been returned to them. Do not use this business. They obviously do not cherish like family.

We recently took her for licking her vulva and scooting, and for a nail trim. She was prescribed antibiotics and is doing well. Kudos to the techs who held her and trimmed her nails as she struggled. She sat on the floor with my daughter and sister and I, with Noodle in the middle. Dr. Dawnetta explained abouth the heart tumor and why we didn't see the symptoms. She explained the process of "putting Noodle to sleep". Noodle really enjoyed the distraction of the cat food that the Dr brought while giving her the first medication. She sat vigil with us as Noodle took her last breath. Then (and Noodle would have greatly approved if she were still alive) she was wrapped in fuzzy blankets, put on a stretcher and taken to a crematorium. Noodle's ashes will be sprinkled in a communal place next to a pond. This situation was extremely painful, but the great kindness and guidance of Dr. Dawnetta helped so much.

We had been told from past groomers that Sally can be a difficult dog to groom so we came here after looking all over Springfield for a groomer that could handle Sally. Very pleased with our choice of picking Doggone Gorgeous. Lyric was able to get on Sally's level and they both got along very well. Will be returning here when her fur and nails have grown out in 4 months or so.
