If you have a job and responsibilities outside of your dog then this is probably not the best place to go. I called and set up an appointment with Ashley for 8am today. It has been a year since my dog has seen her. We usually take him to Suds N Pups but they were all booked up. We arrived today, it took about 20 mins for Ashley to give me dog advice, talk about product brands and chase her crying toddler around. Mind you I have to be at work at 8:30. Finally, she says "I notice your dressed for work, when will you be picking Jack up?" I told her my husband will be picking up Jack around 3. She looked confused and says that I should have told her that he would be staying the whole day over the phone because she has doctor's appointments today. Seriously? I have to be at work in 7 minutes and you just now want to tell me this!? I suggest that I can pick up my dog on my lunch break around 12:30 or 1, nope. "I just don't have the time today, I have things to do" Are you joking?! Then why would you make my appointment? Why would you not tell me that there would be a change in your hours today?! It is not MY responsibility to read your mind! So unprofessional! If you aren't going to abide by your hours then let your costumer know! I had to drive my dog back home and was late to work because of Ashley's unprofessional-ism. I'm so baffled! Did she think I was a stay at home dog mom that can just work around HER personal life? Her hours obviously aren't 8 until 5 so plan accordingly! read more
