She is a groomer, not a boarding facility. I would never expect my groomer to keep my pet locked in a cage all day and take care of it for 7 hours. You were requesting Ashley to practically babysit your dog well after it's appointment. Get a grip, lady.

That's the only time I use the carrier regularly so he knows where he is going! I don't even have to use the carrier anymore because he loves them so much, Maltese dogs can be pretty finicky about people, but he has always liked them and believe me he doesn't like just anyone! He always looks so cute and happy when I pick him up! Plus I'm sure he loves the fact that one of the owners brings their sister in each day and she lets the dogs sit on her lap, see I told you, they will totally spoil your dog! I feel that my dog deserves that so I have been taking him there since they opened, and I have never regretted it! Binky is my baby and they treat him accordingly! I simply love them, best groomers around!

I cannot recommend them enough and hope to take our Saint Bernard back for regular visits to keep her feeling and looking great!!!

Will be returning here when her fur and nails have grown out in 4 months or so.

Her name was Clarity…read moreand she was a tiny little girl, only seven pounds when she died, but she had teeth problem and had to get a few extracted. The vet did not want to complete the surgery in one sitting, and scheduled the rest of the teeth to be removed about three months after the first surgery. About two weeks before the surgery, we took her in, and it turns out, her nerve was exposed and her teeth were reabsorbing. They sent us home with pain meds and a $700 vet bill after that appointment. She stopped eating a week before the second surgery and ended up with liver failure. She was too weak to leave her bed and she had to be put down. If they had done the full surgery, my cat would be alive right now. She was very skittish, being a rescue, and I was the first person to be able to get close to her and show her some love. She was finally getting used to us when she died. Do not go to this vet, as all they want is to drain your bank account.
