The…read morecat was absolutely wild and insanely aggressive we asked so many vets if they could send someone out to help put the cat in the kennel because she was too aggressive. And nobody would help until we called here, Olivia took our call and said they couldn't send someone out but her and another technician would be willing to come during their lunch break to attempt to help us. Which they did, I can not thank Olivia and the other technician enough we didn't get her name but they were both so amazing and got the cat into her kennel in no time , very experienced and passionate about animals , they did it during their only break and without expecting anything in return. Please give them a raise they went above and beyond!

For example, the manager, Mary, often spends the night with the dogs and cats if it's storming outside to ease their fears, and she lets our cat roam around the office area after hours, just to give him some extra space. She once took one of our dogs to the vet on her own initiative when he developed an illness. We wouldn't board our (now cat only) anywhere else.

I thought there would be people there who would play with her like I saw people playing with the dogs in her video. And, I thought she would have Constant Supervision. Sadly, when I looked on the webcams throughout the day, I saw her sitting by herself in a cage with one other dog and the place looked deserted. Now I took her there 6 times and she was there for 9 hours each time. Only the Last 3 times were the Webcams working. And since I work I didn't see her entire day, but I saw enough to know that unfortunately I will not be bringing her back.

The cats took to her right away, which isn't usually the case with one of them. Customer service at Pampered Paws is exactly what you want when you are turning over your house keys and entrusting someone with your pets. She always got right back to me to answer any questions I had. We did an initial meeting at the house where we went over all the paperwork and info about the cats and everything she needed to know about the house. She is very detail oriented. While we were gone she would check in once a day with texts to notify us she had visited the house and that the cats were ok. Angie is very professional and it's so nice to be able to go out of town and know that the kitties have been well taken care of. I highly recommend her if you are in the market for a new pet sitter or need any of the other services she offers to help you take care of your pets.

The store is always clean, we'll stocked, and faxed to look nice. I'd like to make a special mention to Randi, Kerry, and Jared (sp) as they are usually the staff I work with. They provide the best customer service, have a great attitude, and always have a smile on their face. They sometimes ask about my pets. Just enough so that I know they care, but never so much that I feel they are praying. The staff are very respectful and polite. I have always had a five star experience at this Petco, everything you're doing keep doing it! No complaints from this guy. I definitely recommend you to all my friends and family. 5 stars, thanks! =D
