When I saw the video about how and why she created The Pampered Pet Center, I thought it would be the perfect place to take my 5 month old puppy Sweet Pea while I went to work. I thought there would be people there who would play with her like I saw people playing with the dogs in her video. And, I thought she would have Constant Supervision. Sadly, when I looked on the webcams throughout the day, I saw her sitting by herself in a cage with one other dog and the place looked deserted. Now I took her there 6 times and she was there for 9 hours each time. Only the Last 3 times were the Webcams working. And since I work I didn't see her entire day, but I saw enough to know that unfortunately I will not be bringing her back. read more

I boarded my dog Friday and Saturday night in early June 2023. I was told it would be $25 a night. I was charged $135 total. I didn't think about the total until after I left. I called today and they said, no it's $40 a night but if you pay with a credit card (which I did), it's $45 a night. I was never told that or else I would have paid cash. I said I was told on the phone $25/night. The woman on the phone said "oh it must have been a man who told you that" (it was). My dog came home with more food than I expected, so I doubt she was fed enough, even though they were given instructions. The webcams were down all day Saturday. I was able to see them on Sunday. Otherwise, the building seemed decent and they appeared to have a big play area outside. I feel totally ripped off and we won't be going back. I called back and talked to the man who gave me the original price. I said I would gladly bring in $75 cash if he would refund my credit card payment. He refused, I said I would be disputing it with my card company. He said you do that so you get charged for it. So I'm dealing with this still. Other people I know stated something similar happened to them here as well. An absolutely unprofessional business. read more

We've taken our Beagle to Pampered Pets for 3.5 years and now bringing our Brittany as well. The staff at Pampered Pets are always helpful and monitor all pets to ensure they are coexisting well i.e. no alpha dog bullying. They have cameras that customers can use to monitor their pet and we do use that service. My wife and I find it fun to watch our dogs interacting with the others. We continue to use and recommend Pampered Pets as a safe alternative to home. read more

I had considered dropping my dog off. So decided to drop by first to take a look. The first thing that hit me was the overwhelming dog urine smell. This was a reg flag that indicated inadequate cleaning and ventilation. The guy at the front desk was nice. However; he was the only one overseeing at least 10 dogs. Which made me wonder how could they safely provide puppy play time. I really don't like to give bad reviews. But I feel that the owners should put more effort into ensuring that the pets are better cared for. read more

We've taken our dogs and cats there for years, and have to say that the staff are genuinely concerned about pets and will go the extra mile to accommodate their needs. For example, the manager, Mary, often spends the night with the dogs and cats if it's storming outside to ease their fears, and she lets our cat roam around the office area after hours, just to give him some extra space. She once took one of our dogs to the vet on her own initiative when he developed an illness. We wouldn't board our (now cat only) anywhere else. read more

The dogs are not walked and in weather where they can't be in the yard, they aren't even taken out. The dogs relieve themselves on the floor, which, my somewhat well trained beagle, refused to do, so he held it for 20+ hours, resulting in a UTI, multiple accidents at home and him having to go outside every 30 minutes for the next 2 days because he couldn't hold his bladder. For some reason people think you can stick 20 dogs in a caged room and they will "entertain themselves." What I saw was puddles of pee and multiple dogs barking nonstop out of frustration and pacing back and forth. My dog was trying to "escape" according to the Pet Center. Hmm, sounds like he's enjoying his stay then. read more

I think that the idea of this place is great. I think that the people working there need a little help in how to maintain the dogs. It is clean, friendly and affordable. Not sure if I would recommend this place but for someone who lives with a pretty well trained dog that expects certain things, I am not sure about this place. read more

The dogs are separated into cages. I didn't see any toys and was told they were picked up while mopping. I watched on the webcam and the staff didn't have any interaction with the dogs. They opened a cage door to let them go out and potty one at a time. When I came back from a meeting, I couldn't find my dog in the webcam any longer. I went early to pick him up thinking something had happened. He was in a small room in the front of the building with 4 other dogs. The door, which has glass panes, was shut even though they had a gate in front of the door. I asked why my dog was in this small room and the owner said he just put him there with the other small dogs when he came in from going potty. I know he was there for longer than that because he wasn't visible on the webcam. I wanted a place where my dog could play and interact with other dogs, get some exercise and burn off some energy. This is definitely NOT the place. And, it is expensive -- $40 for the day if you pay cash! Don't waste your money to have your pet locked up all day. read more

Apparently the manager doesn't like me or my dog. I have a 10 month old puppy that I have been taking out there one day a week so she can socialize with other dogs and run and play. I was informed today the manager doesn't like my dog so she locked her in a kennel by herself. Needless to say I'm pretty unhappy with this and will not be taking my dog back there, nor will I recommend this place to anyone. If my dog misbehaves while there it's their responsibility to tell me so I am aware. If the manager doesn't like me, don't take that out on my dog. Very very very upset with this situation. My dog is my child and I'm pretty sure there would be serious issues with a daycare treating a child that way. read more

Love, love, love the Pampered Pet Center. Started taking my dog, Riley, there as a puppy. He loves it there...gets really excited as we turn on the road to head out there. Staff is great... they get to know each dog and each dog family. Riley is just as exited to see them as he is to see all of his dog friends.i've recommended Pampered Pet Center to a number of friends who now take their pets to the Center. All of them have said how happy they are to have found a place where their dogs are happy and they can leave knowing how well they are cared for. read more

The management of this facility is very poor and the staff decides if your pets "need" to be fed! We boarded our dogs there and once we picked them up, we received left over food and were told that our dogs didn't want to eat their normal food portion and that they also didn't need to eat breakfast, therefore weren't fed in the morning. Please search elsewhere for your boarding needs as this places does little to pamper your pet. read more

My Shih Tzu Peyton loves to go to the Pampered Pet Center to play with both her four-legged and two legged friends. The staff treat and love my Peyton like family. I chose the Pampered Pet Center for my little princess because they have a cage free indoor play area, with a rubber daycare floor (how cool is that!) no concrete and a beautiful back-yard dog park with plenty of shade and grass for my girl to play in! I also love that all dogs are grouped with their favorite friends for play-time. read more

I have been taking my dog(s) to Pampered Pet Center for several years! They know when they are going to play, and they get very excited when they are in the care on the way to the Center. When I pick them up, they are happy and exhausted....which means a quiet evening for me. I highly recommend Pampered Pet Center and wouldn't take them anywhere else. read more

Our puppy has been going to Pampered Pet for six months and she absolutely loves it!!! All I have to tell her is " Lets go to Play Time," and she is excited. When we arrive she almost knocks me over trying to get inside ( a sign that she likes it there.) We have boarded her there many times and have never had any problems. She is always taken care of and fed on schedule. She really enjoys her play days and comes home tired and happy... We are very happy with Pampered Pet. read more
