This store is deadly quiet and if they added a few cast iron crypts and incense it could easily be high mass for fabulist chefs everywhere, both real and imagined. The quality is as indomitable as the pricing which vacillates between appropriate (considering the quality) and punitive (considering the ethos of the brand.) The staff is helpful when approached but not intrusive if solitary browsing for a Bitcoin bread maker is more your thing. I always wander the store wondering how much money they leave on the table to customers who "showroom" the hell out of the place and then scour the net for price relief - it's no doubt a significant constraint on sales as is their almost exclusive footprint in malls. My hope is that this culinary cathedral doesn't become a tomb before shopping becomes a thing again. I love coming here but my wallet always begs for last rites.

I bake quite a lot at home (my own bread, pizzas, focaccia, cakes, cookies, pastries etc) so this review is only from that perspective. This is a very well equipped kitchen store. It's targeted at commercial kitchens/restaurants but is open to the general public and there are many good items for the home kitchen. There's a great supply of Winco (everything), Cambro containers, and Fat Daddio aluminum baking tins. The only thing that I didn't see were Nordic Ware baking trays (but the Winco trays look nice and solid) and also didn't see any cast iron (which makes sense since for a commercial kitchen is way too heavy and unpractical). I walked the isles and saw so many things that I'd purchased over the last 12 months, but had made a trip down into the city to buy something or resort to ordering online when I could have shipped here instead! Love the range they had here and will definitely return for future baking and kitchen organization supplies.

He took our money, promised he ordered the custom cabinets for our job, and what he installed was garbage from his garage that he tried to pass off as Medallion custom cabinets. After a few weeks of stalling and questions, he finally admitted what he did, of course blamed someone else, and here we sit still with no kitchen after about 8 months. Do yourselves a favor and pick someone else. It's too late for us, but there are so many reputable companies in the area, why go with this sham of a man? We did finally get the cabinets, which are now sitting in our garage. We had to make contact directly with Medallion and insist they be delivered straight to our home. The rest of the work Beco did is so bad. Crooked, warped closet doors, shelves are already peeling, even the door latches and handles are crooked. The paint job is so bad, they didn't even bother to vacuum and painted right over the sanding dust. Tim Pesce couldn't figure out the permit and couldn't answer the questions, my husband had to take over. He even tried to get our HVAC contractor to let him use their license illegally so he could do the HVAC work himself. Disreputable, terrible, terrible work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
