If you're in the market for a titanium lemon zester, a ridiculously expensive professional cooktop or a Kevlar braided oven mitt sporting your monogram then TRS is your kinda place. It's a candy store for those who want to throw down the gauntlet and literally make candy in their basement. This place is the real deal even if you're only half-assing it in the kitchen. I love coming to the restaurant store. They have a huge parking lot so parking is never a problem. The store itself is very organized and the staff is completely with it. They are very professional and courteous. They know exactly where everything is and if they have it or not. This place is just like a toy store to me. They have so many kitchen gadgets it becomes overwhelming at times. If I come in for one thing, I usually leave with about three or four things. It is very rare that I come in for something that they dont have, in fact I can only think of one time, that was a bacon hanger. A display for cooked bacon. The prices are more than reasonable, in fact a lot of the items are very cheap but the products are high quality. The atmosphere is well organized and the aisles are very clean. I Bought their brand deli display unit named Atvanco that cost around 1500. Was told everything will be under warranty through a company named Clark for repair service for a year. Two month went by I noticed the unit can't maintain 41 degree F and my food are getting spoiled. I called Clark to schedule a service but they never got back to me. I am not sure if I trust the Atvanco brand or their warranty. The unit is working fine now but still no one follow up to schedule a service. read more

I really enjoy going into the restaurant store. I don't own a business but I find myself here quite often. If we're hosting a bbq or a party, this is my go to other than Costco. I stopped yesterday for a burger weight. Surely they had it! At a steal of $6.00. I don't even bother to look elsewhere anymore. Any kitchen gadget I know they will have. You don't need to own a business to shop here. My only complaint would be the staff. They aren't always the friendliest. It's a great place to find that unique item you never thought you needed. read more

The manager Brian has a real attitude problem and he should know as manager how to treat people and talk to them without sounding like an Asshole. Every time I go in there for my boss I get an attitude from him. Very unprofessional and I will not go there again. read more

I purchased a bakery over a year ago and was recommended to this store by one of my employees. Since the first day shopping there, they couldn't be more friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help you. Unlike other supply houses where the employees wont even look at you let alone help you find something. I love this place. The prices are excellent. read more
