READ THIS REVIEW!! So many of us only stop and read the bad reviews, trust me I am guilty of it…read moretoo, BUT I have found a serious gem here and I want others to know about it!! Reading this review will actually benefit YOU, so don't just keep scrolling, okay? I have been selling my gently used clothes for many years. I have a love of fashion, a taste that changes frequently, and am usually balling on a budget, so I am a frequent buyer and seller to shops like this one. This means that I have quite a bit of experience when it comes to selling my clothes for cash and I have done it EVERYWHERE. At many different franchises, in many different towns and even different states. When I tell you this store ranks as #1 out of EVERY other store like it, I don't mean that it beat out the others by a small margin, or that another came in close second. I mean that it beat them by a land slide. And let me tell you why. First off the store is easy to find, well labeled and on a busy corner. Huge plus in my book. I am always in a hurry and and frequently selling in an area I am not familiar with. It was clean, well organized and very well stocked with popular brands and quality items (which can also be dangerous because it made me want to buy EVERYTHING). The store had an upbeat atmosphere, which made it fun to shop, lots of fitting rooms and a bathroom! Some of you might wonder why these last two are worthy of mention (while you die hard shoppers will get it). It really comes down to convince. When I am shopping and have to use the restroom and the store I am in doesn't have a bathroom, I will typically stop shopping at that store and leave. It's such a pain to have the employees hold your items, leave the store, use the restroom (wherever that might be) and then come back. So I don't come back. It might seem like a small thing but I have come across many stores that buy clothes for cash that don't have restrooms and I have to literally walk across the street just to pee. We live in a world of convenience, which brings me to that second point.. lots of fitting rooms. Nothing is more irritating that waiting in a long line just to try on one blouse because some genius only thought to put in two fitting rooms in a WOMANS clothing store madness! Now to the real reason this place is #1 in my book. THE STAFF! They are incredibly knowledgeable of brands, they worth and sell-ability. They are friendly, competent and honest. That's HUGE in my book. They paid me the BEST by far for my name brand and designer items and even offered me more for a pricy item when I was hesitant to sell it for they price the computer offered me!! And is the reason that, while I live almost two hours away and have about a dozen other options in my own area of where I can sell my gently used clothes, I will be driving to them!! Thank Style Encore of Stuart for the experience, you will see me again very soon!!

There are a variety of restaurants and shops including Tommy Bahamas,Salt life and Calaveros Cantina. There is an outdoor Amphitheater for concerts and performances. Before Harbourside was built the land was occupied by a bank building, the Perry Institute for Marine Science and the Burt Reynolds Museum. In early 2000 Jupiter purchased the land and Harbourside opened in December of 2014. In the summer of 2021, Harbourside rebranded by reducing its retail space by 70 percent in favor of outdoor dining and small gatherings. They prefer to generate income from offices. Under the new plan live music concerts which had been a source of complaints and lawsuits would be reduced to 10 a year. With less stores Harbourside is hoping to be more known for its special events. There is a classic car show once a month on Saturdays and on Sunday mornings there is an outdoor yoga class. There is also a waterfront market I attended with small businesses and food vendors. Jupiter's 2.5 mile Riverwalk pathway runs from Oceanside at the beach and crosses over the Intracoastal to Harbourside. The path allows people biking and traveling by foot to follow the Intracoastal north to the Jupiter inlet. It is nice to walk along the path within Harbourside. Harbourside has free parking in the garage if you stay under 2 hours. The Burt Reynolds and Friends Museum was a hard loss to the community. He was Jupiter's favorite son. There isn't anywhere I'd shop in Harbourside but I like the Tommy Bahamas (to eat), BurgerFi, Subculture Coffee, and Calaveras Cantina. It seems like Jupiter is a little lost on how to best use this prime real estate. There isn't very much to make you want to stick around although the water view is beautiful. Hopefully they will get it figured out and make Harbourside a not to be missed destination experience.

You can seriously get lost in all of the interesting things this place has to offer. I don't do this Yelp thing all that much but I felt compelled to tell whomever may be listening that this shop and it's unique charm are well worth the visit. Cheers to the owner and staff for a shop well done.

Often, furniture/equipment is accompanied by a printed sheet showing the original specs of the item; what a nice touch! The turnover is on point, providing a new selection of items during most visits. Items are discounted by half after a certain date. The owners thought of everything, including a playroom for children to use while their parents shop. This in itself shows the care that has been put into this establishment. There is a rack of maternity clothing and a plethora of maternity items here. Before I became a mom, I didn't understand that a children's thrift shop might carry maternity items. I was still looking for that non-existent maternity thrift shop! I appreciate this rack for a number of reasons: most thrift stores don't sort out maternity clothing, which end up hidden amongst the racks of regular clothing; quality maternity clothing is not cheap, generally unstylish, and . . . used for such a short period of time! Besides clothing, furniture, baby and nursing equipment and maternity clothes, Forever Young features a room of books and toys. Children are not allowed to play in here (playing is for the play room!); thus- unlike at regular thrift shops- there are not children actively playing with a product you might want to purchase. Don't forget to grab a (complimentary) chocolate next to the cash register. What didn't they think of?!

It also is a bit bigger inside than you'd imagine from the exterior entrance. They obviously have some folks really researching price values as there weren't many bargains. We both shopped around, my husband went one way to look at things he was interested in, and I went a different way to explore the store. No one ever greeted or spoke to me. It was my first time in the store and they had lots of nice items. I did have questions about some items I wanted to purchase, but was never acknowledged the entire time. I walked through the store from the dishes, clothing, to the furniture side. One tall dark haired woman walked past me at least 4 times in the store but only spoke to my husband across the store a couple of times. I was very sad when I left the store. He told me so much about this store and I was excited to get there. Not sure what happened here, but I wonder if it was because we are an interracial couple that I was never acknowledged, but my husband was.
