Wow! Ace Roofing really saved the day for us during our home sale…read more We were in the middle of selling our house here in Austin when a roof inspection came back with a laundry list of repairs. After getting a few estimates, Ace Roofing was the clear winner. What really earned the 5 stars: The Price: Their quote was significantly more affordable than the initial inspection report estimates. It made a huge difference in our closing costs. The Owner Connection: I was impressed that DJ, the owner, actually came out to our house to meet us personally. You don't see that kind of local, hands-on service much anymore. The Paperwork: Garry, the project manager, provided full photos and documentation of all the work they accomplished. Having those photos to show the buyers gave them peace of mind that the work was done well. If you're looking for an honest, reliable roofer in the Austin area who won't overcharge you, definitely give these guys a call. So glad I reached out to them!

Best roof inspection and advice I ever had…read more I cannot say enough good things about Garett Kates from GK HOMES AND ROOFING. We had our roof replaced by a different company in October 2023. About a year after that we found exposed nails in there and decided to get independent roof inspection. Garret looked at it, and that was not just look. Roof inspection he did was much longer then inspection from original company and much more thorough and detailed. There not just nails exposed, but improper flashing sealing, missing valleys flashing, silicon improperly applied to the bottom on a valley, etc. Garret prepared comprehensive report, reviewed our contract with original company pointing what was done incorrectly and even advised how to proceed further as we still have warranty from original company. Also want to note that inspection and advice were given free of charge. Definitely if we had known about GK HOMES AND ROOFING earlier we would use it instead. I would recommend Garett Kates and GK HOMES AND ROOFING to everyone and feel confident they would be taken care of.
