I can not recommend this company enough. They are very responsive, great rates, super clean…read morevehicles and very professional but friendly drivers. We used them during our Spring Break trip to Scottsdale for airport pickup/drop off as well as an all day trip. We had a late arrival and had our daughter in tow, I was very pleased to land and immediately get a text from the driver that they were there and ready when we were. The communication was very good and we grabbed our bags and met them at the door. Heather was our driver and she was such a joy. She's also a parent and I think she recognized that it had been a long day. She interacted with our five year old during the 30 minute ride to our hotel and we were really grateful for that. She also picked us up when our trip ended and remembered our daughters name and that she needed a booster seat. We also had a driver for a jeep tour that we did and had them for about 7 hours. Our driver was Sam and he was very kind and helpful. When we arrived for our tour it was a little confusing where we needed to be and Sam hopped out and went to figure it out for us. He also helped us with finding a place to eat. We didn't expect the tour to run as late as it did and while we were out he researched some places we could quickly get into without a reservation. That was such a great help and unexpected. There was a lot of driving involved and we ended up keeping Sam for longer than expected but it was all handled smoothly and it was so great that we could relax and let him handled getting us around. We later learned that he had purchased a booster seat for his vehicle when he learned our daughter would need one. It's this kind of thoughtfulness that really made our trip to Scottsdale memorable. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting the area.

For the full experience traveler: Arriving at Nena's Phoenix office and boarding the van was like…read moreinstantly teleporting into Mexico before the van was even in motion! So entertaining. The "terminal" is in the corner of a mini strip mall. We passed by it looking for it. The check-in area is the size of a single car garage. The van was in terrible cosmetic condition and there were boxes and luggage taking up seats because the cargo area was packed tight. Everyone was Spanish speaking and a few of us were bi-lingual. We packed ourselves in and sat shoulder to shoulder. A very bonding experience. We arrived in Puerto Peñasco in very good time. The driver on all legs of the trip had no hesitation to pass slower traffic. The van on the México side was much nicer, more comfortable with a high ceiling. That van had all the seatbelts available, though, everyone but myself had 100% confidence we were safe passing lines of cars at high speed. I will use them again. The place that quoted me $250.00 USD would have been unmemorable and boring. AND I met a very cool taxi driver that completed my journey to my destination in Cholla Bay. He gave me his number to call if I needed anything, anytime. $65 plus a Lyft/Uber to the terminal and taxi to Cholla Bay with a burrito stop ($500 MXP). Nena has departures every 2 hours starting at 06:00. We booked this party bus for a bachelorette weekend, and it was hands-down one of the highlights of our trip. From start to finish, it was a total blast! Our driver, MAX (aka our new best friend), was an absolute legend. He was professional, super friendly, and somehow managed to keep our wild crew on schedule without killing the vibe. He played the perfect hype man--knew all the best music, took all our group photos like a pro - a true king. The bus itself? Immaculate. Lights, sound system, plush seating, and even a mini dance floor. It felt more like a rolling nightclub than a vehicle, and we definitely made the most of it. We were dancing, singing, laughing--literally living our best lives as we cruised through Old Town. 10/10 would recommend for any girls' trip, birthday, or bachelorette.
