    Thought the limo was great. Used them for a bachelorette party. Service was top notch. Driver, Rodney, was extremely nice and fun.

We used GES as transportation to the Phoenix Open and I can say with confidence taking the Big Momma Party Bus was the highlight of the day. The drivers were very flexible and the bus itself was awesome! 10/10 will definitely be using GES anytime I need a transportation service.

I waited to review, because honestly, I wanted my words to resonate truth, and not emotion. We went to a concert, traveling from Chandler to Downtown Phx.. We were really excited to use the bus as the pictures online looked GREAT ... and in person, It looked like a really nice bus. But when we all got on, we immediately notice how VERY WARM it was inside the bus. We asked if it would cool down, and the driver said "yes, once we get moving" Now, to be fair, according to the contract, it was explained it may be hot during the summer hours, but we weren't expecting it to be THIS HOT. There was waters provided, which was a really nice touch. But...after driving... we realized there was NO increase in cool air and NO circulation getting to the back of the bus. The ice on the waters was completely melted by the time we got the to freeway. We had a very large group, in a small space, in the hot summer, and inadequate air supply. It was a rough commute to the concert. We tried to make the best of it, because that is how our group was. We were are a fun group of parents, professionals, police officers and military veterans excited for a night out. After multiple attempts to ask the driver to "turn up the AC" and questions to her "what else can we do to cool this place down?" We asked if we could open windows to get SOME kind of circulation in the bus. She told us "no."Some of the passengers were sweating so bad, their hair was drenched and we had 2 people get physically ill because of the heat. The person that coordinated the evening, contacted the owner, Griffin, to let him know the situation. He apologized and said he would fix it. The air situation got really bad that we asked to be dropped off once we were off the freeway, in a safe area, and we would walk the rest of the way. This was a blocks away from our venue. The driver obliged. During the concert, the people that did not feel well from the heat, actually left the concert early and took an Uber home. When the concert was over, we headed back to the bus to check to see if the air was fixed. The driver said it was "fixed during the concert hours". When we got on, you could tell it was fixed. But only some of us got on, others refused to even get on and took Uber's home. There was less then half of us on the bus on the way home. Now, why am I writing this if it was fixed you ask? No, not because the bus was hot. I get that things breakdown. Its a big bus and middle of summer, and sometimes things go sideways. Griffin fixed the AC during our concert and I for one was appreciative for the ride home, in spite of the fact the driver got lost bringing us home and taking a 45 minute detour because "her phone died and didn't have GPS" We all wondered why it was taking so long and where she was going. When we asked her she finally admitted she was lost so one of the passengers had to help her and tell her where to go. There were several parents late releasing their sitters that evening.... anyways.. back to my point... The person that organized our evening asked for a refund. Griffin offered a 50% refund, in return that NO ONE write a bad review. And if someone did write a bad review, in his contract he stated he would "sue" the person that organized. Because the person that organized our evening could not guarantee that others would not write an unfavorable review (especially the ones that got sick) She turned down that offer and asked for a full refund. What happened next is the "WHY" I am personally writing this. The management/owner then proceeded to accuse our party organizer and everyone else on the bus of "extortion". The bus company then took a screenshot of out party organizers FB page, and BLASTED ALL HER OVER MANY SOCIAL MEDIA sites as a "scam artist" and a "horrible person". Now this screen shot, had HER INNOCENT CHILDREN in this slanderous post. There were LIES spewed about her, that she "has several complaints from other companies and they are in contact with them formulating a lawsuit against her" which is a complete fabrication of the truth. This slanderous post was originally created by the owners sister, but shared by the owner on his personal FB page, his mothers FB page and SEVERAL admin pages throughout the valley and was asked to be SHARED! Really!!?? It stayed posted for a few hours until the police were called because they used her children in the post. The organizer IS NOT a scam artist, she was a dissatisfied customer, along with 20+ other passengers. Is this how you treat all dissatisfied customers? So, my "WHY" for writing this review is because of the way the organizer was treated after her complaints. It was completely unprofessional. Due to the fact it was handled with such crass & unprofessionalism my review of my experience is less than satisfactory.
