The company reached out to me the day before to confirm flight data and gave exact instructions on where to meet them when I landed at the airport. Shuttle was clean and we had a smooth ride to Surprise. Steven offered help if needed to board and bottled water. We booked this party bus for a bachelorette weekend, and it was hands-down one of the highlights of our trip. From start to finish, it was a total blast! Our driver, MAX (aka our new best friend), was an absolute legend. He was professional, super friendly, and somehow managed to keep our wild crew on schedule without killing the vibe. He played the perfect hype man--knew all the best music, took all our group photos like a pro - a true king. The bus itself? Immaculate. Lights, sound system, plush seating, and even a mini dance floor. It felt more like a rolling nightclub than a vehicle, and we definitely made the most of it. We were dancing, singing, laughing--literally living our best lives as we cruised through Old Town. 10/10 would recommend for any girls' trip, birthday, or bachelorette. Scottsdale was amazing, but this party bus made it unforgettable. THANK YOU, MAX!!!

I can not recommend this company enough. They are very responsive, great rates, super clean…read morevehicles and very professional but friendly drivers. We used them during our Spring Break trip to Scottsdale for airport pickup/drop off as well as an all day trip. We had a late arrival and had our daughter in tow, I was very pleased to land and immediately get a text from the driver that they were there and ready when we were. The communication was very good and we grabbed our bags and met them at the door. Heather was our driver and she was such a joy. She's also a parent and I think she recognized that it had been a long day. She interacted with our five year old during the 30 minute ride to our hotel and we were really grateful for that. She also picked us up when our trip ended and remembered our daughters name and that she needed a booster seat. We also had a driver for a jeep tour that we did and had them for about 7 hours. Our driver was Sam and he was very kind and helpful. When we arrived for our tour it was a little confusing where we needed to be and Sam hopped out and went to figure it out for us. He also helped us with finding a place to eat. We didn't expect the tour to run as late as it did and while we were out he researched some places we could quickly get into without a reservation. That was such a great help and unexpected. There was a lot of driving involved and we ended up keeping Sam for longer than expected but it was all handled smoothly and it was so great that we could relax and let him handled getting us around. We later learned that he had purchased a booster seat for his vehicle when he learned our daughter would need one. It's this kind of thoughtfulness that really made our trip to Scottsdale memorable. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting the area.

My best friend and I were going to a retreat at Mago. Upon arrival at the Phoenix airport we were picked up by the shuttle and taken directly to Mago. Even though it was a 2 hour drive, it flew by because they were so interactive. We heard history of the area as well as new building projects were pointed out. This didn't feel like a paid service, it felt like traveling with family. After our retreat at Mago was over, we treated ourselves to their private tour of the Sedona area. This was absolutely amazing! We've been to Sedona before but it wasn't a great trip so this was our redemption trip and we surely got that. We were driven around to places we had no idea existed and felt like royalty. We were listened to and every need was met with a smile. I will always schedule my transport needs with them when in the Phoenix/Sedona area in the future. They are absolutely the best of the best in my opinion and I am difficult to please at times.
