However I ended up paying $90 extra for - I'm not sure what? ..He said he didn't have a long enough cord to connect behind the wall, but my outlets aren't that far away? They're literally on the same wall - how long is the cord they bring? 3 feet? And then they charge extra for the service that I already chose/paid for. A plate is like $2. Another vent - I was home alone and there was no way this one guy could lift a TV and mount/dismount it. I had to use all of my *one* muscle and hold it while he worked on the wall. After taking a look at their Yelp, Facebook and website I decided to email for a quote. My father-in-law had purchased a gazebo from Costco that needed assembly. I received a response from Randy which was professional and direct. The thing I hate most about quote situations is usually all of the run around. Their price was better than some other companies, and their work appeared to be quality from what I could see online.
