We ordered two Americanos. One was surprisingly good. The other tasted terrible. How'd that happen? Who knows. Baked goods were terribly sweet...not edible for us...straight into trash after one bite. The internet did not work and there is no seating in the shop. What a great little coffee shop, if you are not from the area, it is right across the street from and ice cream place. The signage is almost not visible if you are not looking hard. I missed it the first time. Great staff and my coffee was super tasty. I also got the 3 beignets as well. Not normal as they are filled with yummy fillings but still worth the money. Sorry I didn't take any pics I parked slightly illegally and wanted to run in and out. If I am every in the area again I would be happy to come here. I've been here 2x now from out of town. They have quality coffee and tea at normal prices. For my last visit we started the fall cravings of pumpkin early and ordered pumpkin coffee. They had advertised on Facebook that it was made fresh and was curious to see if fresh pumpkin tasted different. It was phenomenal. The inside is still small and closed off from what I remember during a covid visit. Very much worthwhile to stop in for quality coffee and tea. read more

Coffee was good. Young girl that was working was awesome, and gave us great recommendations for things to do in the town. However, the older owner / manager was incredibly rude. First she was belittling her other employees for putting a cup in the incorrect place. Then she was irate for hearing an order incorrectly and making a hot coffee instead of an iced coffee. Insane. Wowsa! If you're in the beautiful Davis area, make sure you stop for coffee at this quaint little place. This was one of the best cups I've had in a long while. I liked how the Barista gave me the pitcher of steamed cream to add as much or as little to my preference. Cool, eclectic vibe and a little pergola out back to hang when the weather is pleasant. We always stop in at THC on our way back to VA! We love the options, especially the tumeric milk tea, and the coffee of course! The brownies are gigantic and are always so fresh, crunchy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. Love THC and look forward to coming back again next time! read more

Stopped by here on our way home from a trip. Wonderful little coffee shop! They grind the coffee beans right there, and they have tons of tea selections and have seasonal homemade syrups. Definitely worth stopping by if you're visiting Davis or just passing through. read more

I really enjoy getting coffee at this new establishment. Deana is usually the barista on duty whenever I stop in, and she is always polite and courteous, and makes an outstanding doppio espresso each time. In addition they serve pastries, delicious cookies and selections of tea for those who prefer it. I haven't tried those things yet for myself but the other customers seem to enjoy whatever they get, and best of all everything here is reasonably priced. The interior is very nicely kept and erything is very clean, with a pristine restroom as well. This place is conveniently located on the main strip in the town of Davis and I'm usually lucky enough to always find street parking out on front. read more

This is a great addition to Davis. You used to have to drive over to Thomas to get a good cup of coffee, but now there's great coffee right in town. I only had a cup of drip coffee, but it was great, and I think the quality of the drip coffee is indicative of the quality of a coffee shop. Espresso drinks are made to order, by hand, so those are typically decent at most coffee shops, but a coffee shop that has great drip coffee really pays attention to quality. The drip coffee was flavorful and just the right temperature. I think it was a estate coffee from Honduras. Also, the barista was super friendly and gave us advice on a great hike close to town. We were super happy with this place and will definitely be back. read more

Great to find espresso, pour overs, organic loose leaf teas, single origin direct trade coffee in Davis. A small spot but sunny with comfy lounge chairs. read more

My husband, daughter(14), and myself Stopped in on our way to Blackwater Falls. Seating area was still closed I assume for Covid. The male Barista working told us that we need to know what we wanted because he needed to get people in and out. It was a rainy day with not another person in sight. So my husband just got a black coffee. My daughter wanted something iced that tasted like a mocha Frappuccino. The Barista was extremely condescending and rude to her. "That is two different things!A Frappuccino is a Frappuccino everywhere!" It was his tone! He could have suggested something. She just got an iced coffee with caramel instead. His response "ok so now we want iced coffee.?"His tone since we walked in was terrible. I decided not to get anything because I was angry at this point. We are really meek people and it was hard for me to bite my tongue. Especially after speaking to my daughter in that tone. We walked out and she said "mom Starbucks has those iced Frappuccino's in glass bottles!" I just told her that he was extremely rude and should find a job where he doesn't speak to people. I stopped in today for a fresh cup of coffee. I asked for an Americana, which was quite good! The good - The coffee here is wonderful. The bad - I was greeted when entering the store with "if you do not have a mask please get out of the store" I mentioned to them WV did not require a mask (covid virus) at this time. I was told the health dept wanted them. Then I was told they had elderly people in their homes. I said "as I do too". Then it finally came out......"we are the business and it is our choice to require this." No worries.....I will remember how I was treated. The funny part....I live 15 minutes from here and know the other local businesses are not requiring this. Now to be clear.....the coffee was great, the service well.....you can see what I think. read more
