Trader Joe's trail mix fill up for snacks

Trader Joe's is the closest grocery store in the neighborhood that has excellent prices. The staff are always helpful, few oddballs overseeing the shopping carts. The atmosphere is fast paced, very busy! Rush hour in the store is 4-6 wherein the lines go back to dairy, but they move quickly! Patience is a virtue, here. Great food prices for NYC, TJ's can't be beat!

I was assisted through checkout by a long brown hair young lady named Sarah, She was engaging in conversation while she was working quickly... give her a raise management... I recommend this Trader Joe's because of her!!!

Nice and open layout to the store. Helpful employees. Wide aisles. Easy marked sections. Good variety. Challenging parking.

Trader Joe's is the best store that everyone loves, I usually come to this location. They recently changed the store around haha so I got a little lost, but I liked the way they changed it up. Kind of easier to find things and spread out more which I liked. Love the variety of foods they carry here. International and all types of different snacks and healthy things to get. It's such a fun Aloha vibe too and I love all the Hawaii decorations here and how they decorate for the Holiday's. All the employee's are really friendly too always have smiles. Baby girl misses the small shopping carts they used to have for the kids though sad people stole them. We still love shopping here though and she is tall enough to push the regular carts now :( lol bittersweet. Thank you for always giving her stickers when she asks too thats so nice of you guys to make the kids feel special. The parking lot is busy, and sometimes it can be hard to find parking but if you wait a bit you can find some. Thank you always for awesome customer service and amazing food and snacks. Have a beautiful day, be kind to everyone :) Aloha

We got to come here to grab some flowers for graduation decorations! Despite the late night before they were closing, they had good amount of flowers! I love traders joes quality! Good products and fresh ones! Come check out your items of your choice! Cheers

I love Trader Joe's! A Trader Joe's located just minutes from my home and work? Just love it even more. Not sure if it's because their convenient store hours (opens early!), the ample parking, the low prices for good quality food, the prettiest flowers for under $10, the GREAT customer service staff, or just the welcoming atmosphere.... everything about this store just hits me in the right spot. 10/10

It is always fun shopping at Trader Joe's. This location is close to highway, so you can't miss it. Nice ambiance because of the flowers displayed in the store. I always like their flower selections, snacks, pasta, frozen meals, fresh produce, desserts, etc. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

Why does TD remind me of a school barn or something out of a fairytale? lol it was so jolly in here! Anyways! I got to eat a free tuna wrap and I went to buy some snacks costing $8, I mean it's worth it, they have good stuff! Service is always on point never had an issue in this store that I can remember! Ambiance is always the same every store! It's practical and predictable! Tangible goods!

Came in a good mood ready to pickup my favorite snacks... unfortunately left disappointed experiencing Sal toss my items after scanning them, with a bad attitude. I understand people can have bad days but cmon? I really don't like writing poor reviews, but I was shocked considering everyone has always been nice at trader joe's...

Basically they will fry any fish behind the glass counter, so nothing prepacked. The flavor choices are lemon pepper and Cajun, and possibly one more. When you select your fish, the butcher will ask you to wait around 10 minutes, so you can continue shopping. The finished product is so perfect and such an awesome deal when you think about it. I ordered 2 huge pieces of tilapia and 3 pieces of swai for around $15 (varying based on the market price). One piece of fish cooked this good would cost at least $20 to $30 on a plate with sides at a restaurant. Anyway, I was so satisfied and I plan to do this once or twice a month. Also, love the cleanliness and customer service at this Ralph's overall. That's why I come back.

Some items are priced fairly while others are sky high and I can get it cheaper even at Target. I came by today because they have a large selection of gift cards, more than other stores in the area. Thankfully it wasn't too packed or crazy, despite the busy parking lot. Check out pretty quick and customer service was average.

The fried chicken counter employee was giving tiny pieces and refusing requested pieces like drumsticks. I was quoted around $25, but somehow my total ended up over $40. Then checkout took almost 45 minutes because the cashier kept walking away, accidentally double charged flowers, and repeatedly had to call someone over to fix things. It was chaotic and stressful with kids waiting. The worst part was getting home and realizing the fried chicken was extremely hard and overcooked to the point it was barely edible. I called the store and was told by a manager that there had been issues all day with employees not doing their jobs correctly and that I could come back for a refund. When I returned, another manager denied everything, acted rude and dismissive, and refused to help resolve the situation. Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and customer service was honestly worse than the food itself.

I love coming to Alberstons for their sales including the digital coupons you just clip on their ap or the $ 5 dollar Friday deals that's only valid on Friday. And the best part--plenty of self-checkout machines, so you can skip the small talk and scan your lettuce in peace. Now, the produce section... look, it's fine, but let's just say I've had longer emotional connections with spinach that didn't wilt overnight. BUT their bakery totally redeems them. The fresh French bread--especially right before dinner--comes out so warm and steamy it practically whispers, "Take me home." And I do. Every time. The staff is generally super nice and polite, though occasionally you'll meet someone who clearly fought an epic battle with their alarm clock that morning. No shade--I usually hit the self-checkout anyway, so we all win. Overall, it's a solid, reliable grocery store with everything I need for my everyday chaos--I mean, household needs. Would I come back? Already did. Probably twice this week.

The first time I went, she shoved everything into 1 overstuffed bag, so I asked for an extra bag on the side. If I hadn't gotten another bag, it would have ripped. I had to redo everything in the car and noticed the smashed produce and bread in the middle and bottom of the bag. She put all of the other heavier items on top of them including cartons of milk and eggs. This employee has been there the last 3 times I've gone. So I filled out the contact form on the website about the terrible customer service and NEVER received a response. In addition to the awful customer service (only from this 1 employee), several times the produce I bought ended up rotting way too quickly. Their healthcare section just got downsized a lot too. This location has gone downhill! I hadn't been to Sprouts in Brea for a long time, and went there instead this past weekend - more selection, better prices and MUCH better customer service!!

This was an absolutely ridiculous experience, especially for a grocery store. I was at self-checkout, scanning items when I scanned something that showed a different price from what I had seen on the shelf. I pressed the call attendant button and she was finishing up helping customers at another self-checkout machine. She came over and I told her the price was different than what I saw on the shelf, and asked if she could remove the item so I could go and grab another item from the shelf. She proceeded to cut me off while I was trying to talk, then YELLED at me and told me that because I already entered my number for the Ralph's rewards card, I HAD TO buy/pay for that item. Then when I tried to explain again because she had cut me off and didn't let me finish talking, she had the audacity to make a "calm down" gesture. I never raised my voice nor used any sort of foul/rude language towards her. She was the one yelling and spitting in my face. I was confused because I don't think she understood what I was trying to say or even listening to what I was trying to say. I told her I wanted to void the item and go back and grab another item instead and she absolutely ignored everything I said. She kept saying I HAD TO pay for the item because "while I was scanning my items, I had enough time to see the price". What the heck is that supposed to mean???!!? I just wanted the item to be void so I could grab something else within the price point I was looking for. She wasn't listening or understanding anything I was trying to say. How do you have a customer service facing job when you lack any and all sort of communication skills and manners? She was so busy yelling nonsense at me and ignored everything I said. She also SPAT in my face as she was yelling in my face. That's not only unprofessional, but extremely rude and disgusting. This should not be a position for her to be working. She was unhelpful, rude, and made my grocery shopping trip extremely unpleasant when all I was trying to do was grab stuff for dinner. My suggestion - skip the self-checkout and go to a regular cashier. It'll save you the headache and so you won't get spat at by a rude employee.

So I reaffirmed their statement by asking, "so I have to buy either all 4pk or 6pk, or none of them?", to which they stated "yes." Ok, well I guess I'm not getting anything.... So I did not get any. I don't want to buy over $100 worth of 4pk-beer to try a wide selection lol I want spend 25 bucks . After I checked out with the rest of my groceries, I went to the customer service booth and asked why they did not sell their tall cans individually. I explained the story above, and the guy let me know it was because they did not want to mess up their inventory in the back. I brought up that nearly every other business lets customers buy the cans individually OR in a pack, and the guy again mentioned it was because they did not want their backstock to get messy. That is the most ridiculous answer ever. Either buy all of the beer, or none of the beer to keep the company's backstock leaner? What on earth does that have to do with being a customer? And come on... selling individual cans would not at all impact the backstock whatsoever, if we are being real. Having a few individual cans out would increase sales, not mess up the backstock or inventory... come on. The guy at the customer service booth told me I could place a special order in the back to pick up at a future date if I wanted to buy a bunch of single cans. It was an unrealistic suggestion for something that they had on hand right now, that I wanted to buy right now. I'm not going to go to the back and place a special order, and come back in a week or so to pick up a few cans of beer. It was a bad experience, but it was mostly just stupid and didn't make any sense. And I didn't end up buying anything.
