I like how it is open late, but there are homeless people around here that smoke outside. So, it does feel a little unsafe. The plant section always has sales, and they're not always on the verge of dying. I like the variety they have and think I might buy some in the near future. It reminds me of Home Depot's sales on flowers. Ralph's is one of those grocery stores that has digital coupons worth clipping since sometimes they have freebies, and they give 20% off groceries for people who can prove they receive government assistance, on top of everything. You do need to reverify every once in a while, but the approval process is quick every time. Their Kroger alkaline water is also really good, and I can taste the difference when I drink it because some other bottled water tastes like plastic.

They have slips of paper and pencils to fill out the order, and it took maybe 10 minutes for it to be done, since there were a couple of people before me. The lead in the pencil was very light, so I was worried they wouldn't be able to read it. This time, I also forgot to write my name, so I made sure not to venture too far off, so I could keep an eye on the order. It looks aesthetically pleasing for such a cheap meal, and it's wrapped well. There's two layers before you get to it, and it's perfect for anyone on-the-go who needs a quick bite. I also got the mussels from Chile since they were 50 cents cheaper, and I remember I used to be able to eat all of them in one sitting. Welp, maybe these ones were bigger than before, because I finished maybe 75% of the entire thing. It was good, but I wish they had more of a seafood section. They did have some tuna cans with a foil opening, instead of a tab. So, it'd be useful for those without a can opener. Unfortunately, they didn't have many digital coupons at this store, but at least you can get points for every purchase. I will have to look for the manager special discounts in the future.

I usually pickup the items that are on sale for the week lol You buy and you self service, pay and bag it yourself ~ voila! Overall, the store is clean and organized. They used to sample of coffee, but they took it off. I still get their specialty coffee once in a while. They also carry a variety of milk and creamer. The quality of food has gone WAY downhill. The produce is limp and brown. I recently purchased rancid salmon there (probably due to their free standing middle-of-the-room chillers not being cold enough) and had to throw it out. Also, I received spoiled cheese in the dairy section (white cheese which upon opening, I found had started to turn a reddish orange). I don't feel like I can take a chance on them anymore. Some of their prices aren't any better than the fresh produce at Alberstons either (for one example, mushrooms). You really need to compare prices to see if it's worth buying the GO version of the product. Also, their "renovation" was a nightmare. Two carts can't go down the same aisle side by side in places. The flow of the types of food down the aisles doesn't make any sense either. It's almost like they have never shopped at their own store.
