Located on Westheimer, in a large round building that is visible for a mile in any direction or thereabouts, known as Westheimer Central Plaza. This is central to my thinking when it comes to writing reviews today. This is a beautiful building that is circular and very eye-catching and seems to stand alone in this part of Houston, and it's absolutely gorgeous. Because of this my husband who is at the top of Alaska in the North Pole put his job in jeopardy to run paperwork to a small Cessna plane in the closest town "dead horse"- they said "oh just overnight it"- you CANNOT overnight AnYthing from where he is - my husband suffered panic attacks and physical illness from the distress they caused him while in Alaska at work. We let them know months in advance what our situation was and they heartlessly made zero effort to understand or care at all. They are heartless people. My children sobbed and cried having to be let down once again not being able to move into Our new home it broke my heart to break the news to them. We had the worse service of our lives and because of their incompetence our closing was delayed after waiting well over a month homeless with two kids and a cat - do not use this company even if there is a lender incentive - I am reporting them to the BBB. They are horrible at customer service and they are RUDE. They have no concern or care for their clients they only want to make their money and go. They are greedy and give horrible rates. Do not use them. These people are heartless people they do not care about their clients at all. They have caused us significant pain and suffering. Through this search, my friends and family recommended: BBVA, Wells Fargo, Chase, and Zeus Mortgage. I stumbled upon Mortgages Direct via BBB's A+ Rating. I called each one of these companies for quotes and information on mortgages and a lot of them were really good at providing good service with good quotes, but there was one person who just took service, product pricing, and professionalism to a level higher than the others. That person was Brian Crawford. Brian works very hard for you because he wants to earn your business. He goes FAR beyond any other business to make sure you are satisfied. He's been a man of his word and really follows through on what he says. He will also take the time to educate you on all the ins-n-outs of the loan so that you understand every thing that is being charged to you, etc. He answers his calls and returns them promptly if he doesn't get it the first time. He's really what you expect out of a mortgage lender, but MORE! I definitely would use Brian Crawford and Mortgages Direct again because of the exemplary service provided and the very competitive pricing on the loans. My only fear is that reviews like this one will drive more business to him and I won't be able to get a hold of him when I want to refinance or something in the future... But, he's one of those good guys that I'll vouch for and really deserve the business for all the good work he does.
