Located on Westheimer, in a large round building that is visible for a mile in any direction or thereabouts, known as Westheimer Central Plaza. This is central to my thinking when it comes to writing reviews today. This is a beautiful building that is circular and very eye-catching and seems to stand alone in this part of Houston, and it's absolutely gorgeous. Mortgage lender, we have been filing paperwork for assistance several times now, due to zero communication on missing docs, their staff dont know what they are doing (poor training) its got ridiculous to the point my husband and i both got on call and spoke to different people (stating different info). The false monthly threats on possible foreclosure led us to rush and ask for assistance, we sat on the process for 7 months...we have contacted the "escalating cases dept". We are ready and have been ready to accept any adjustments they make and we are able to pay off an amount before foreclosure day - we fear this company will set us up to fail by not processing things on time. We have been on top of it and sending then whatever it is they have needed. We plan on selling our property if we can avoid foreclosure for the sole purpose of avoiding any business with this company. AS VETERANS WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! He will also take the time to educate you on all the ins-n-outs of the loan so that you understand every thing that is being charged to you, etc. He answers his calls and returns them promptly if he doesn't get it the first time.
