Cats, rabbits, dogs, birds, they have it! My biggest complaint, though, is pricing. Some things are way overpriced and others are on the lower end. There's no real balance when it comes to their prices so just know that going in. We bought our dog a few hide-free bones and a toy, which they have a great selection of both. However, with the confusion on prices, I'm unsure if we will be back for anything other than the treats we normally buy her and toys (since those were reasonable). Oh! And they have Ziwi which is normal priced, so that's a bonus!

Today just two hours before my appointment, PetSmart calls to cancel because they are short staffed. After explaining my demanding work schedule, I asked if they would "squeeze" my dog's grooming in on my next day off. They quickly said "no." No effort was made to accommodate me, even after I explained I had been a customer for nearly 13+ years. I have spent thousands of dollars at PetSmart over the years; gladly paid for the grooming that shot up from $40 pre-pandemic, to now $80+. They kept me updated and the pricing is very fair -- great value for service! I can't recommend this place enough--Erin has a special touch that you won't find with your average groomers!
