While working in Apex, I needed to pick up cat food on my way home and I stopped by their offices expecting a traditional Pet store. Instead I got the nicest people you've ever met they gave me free samples to take home and some cat toys. My finicky cats acted like we had given them treats for dinner. Our Maine coon will turn her nose up at fish, ham, etc but will yell at me until I refill her food bowl with pet pantry. Our dogs eat their food as well and their variety of products have been great as one has aged and the other needed lower calories. I tend to suddenly go - I need cat or dog food when I'm about empty because if where so live, I can order and I have always received an order the next day often with a special treat for my animals. Excellent customer service, free home delivery, and delicious dog food (according to my two dogs)! After every order, I receive a personalized email from the owner, Thor, thanking us for our purchase and letting us know when it will be delivered. Our food is delivered the same day, the next day, or on the day I requested. It is always delivered on time. We typically order the salmon and sweet potato. We have tried other types but this is my dogs' favorite. One of my dogs has a very sensitive stomach and got sick from one of the types. Pet Pantry immediately refunded us and picked up the remaining bags and brought us a different kind. We have had no issues since and my dog's skin rash, that he has had since he was a puppy, even cleared up after switching to Pet Pantry. We order about 75 lbs at once and pour one bag at a time into our dog food container. The delivery employee carries each bag of dog food to our door along with the invoice and free dog treats! Although we plan on sticking with sweet potato and salmon since our dogs love it so much, Pet Pantry has many other flavors to choose from. If you are unsure what kind your dog will like, they will send you free samples! Occasionally there is a random discolored piece in the mix but this does not seem to bother my dogs at all. I ordered some free samples, and while they didn't have samples for their guinea pig food (which makes sense, since it is pretty standard) the dog food samples were a decent size! I figured there may be enough for one meal, but my dog got several. When I made my first paid order my items were delivered that day, along with a little goodie bag for the pup. The Pet Pantry not only has food, but food storage bins and a wide selection of treats, as well as bedding for small animals. We recently adopted a rescue, Banjo and his foster mom fed him holistic lamb and rice. As a parting gift, she gave us some food to take home, but we had already purchased Iams puppy so gradually weaned Banjo onto the Iams. It was insane how quickly his coat went from being soft and not stinky to looking like a greasy, unkept yard dog. Unless he was sneaking out of the house to use the neighbor's brylcreem, the only culprit was the food. I immediately ordered samples to see what our other dog would like and have never looked back. Both dogs now have beautiful shiny coats and don't smell like they have been sweating to the oldies with Richard Simmons. I love Pet Pantry! Every dog owner needs to place orders through this business. The food is so much better than the expensive brands sold at pet stores and less expensive. Nothing beats having it delivered to your front door step. I have gone through other pet food delivery companies in the past, and Pet Pantry is by the far the best service I've dealt it! Every time I place an order it gets delivered the next day! I have never had to wait which is great when we are running low on food. The food is very high quality my dogs love it! They gobbled it up the first time I fed it to them and we did not have any GI issues switching over to it. They have been on Pet Pantry food (holistic senior formula) and I notice a big improvement in their coats- their fur has gotten very soft! I have also ordered some of the Mother Hubbard dog treats which they LOVE! They are so tasty that the dogs don't realize they are for tartar control or hip/joint treats :) The dog food comes in bags of 15 lbs, which I really like. If I don't have room in their food bin for all the new bags I can easily store a bag or two and not worry about it going bad. Also, the bags are resealable, which a great feature if you don't move the food into a large container. You never have to worry about the dog food not staying fresh and/or spilling out of the bag.
