They had huge discounts on Black Friday! Our couch was several hundred dollars cheaper - we were blown away. They offer $99 delivery which includes set up - even if you have an upstairs apartment. We found that to be pretty standard for the area. This is a new location and is in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Our salesman Garrett helped us on both visits and was just lovely! been looking at sofas for a whole day at those big furniture stores. either they don't have the…read morestyle that we want or the color. it has been really challenging to buy one that fit right into our places. went to this store without expectation and within minutes we found many pieces that we love. we bought our sofa here maybe under 20 mins? what's more amazing is it's 50% off the original price. besides that their service is really good, we felt we were being heard and they were not trying to just make money out of you but also want to make sure you can get the piece with the price that you want. I would definitely come back for more pieces in our place.

I went to the Centerville Utah store to return an Amazon purchase. The information for the return…read moresaid that any Kohl's associate could handle. I didn't see any signage for returns so went to the checkout area which is where all of the associates were. While I was in line at the checkout, the people behind me were talking about how they didn't see how this location stayed in business because there were no shoppers. When I finally got to the front of the line which took about 10 minutes, I was told to take my return to the back of the store. Again, no signage about where to take returns. I went to the back and found an area for returns although no signage to indicate it was for returns. As I was standing in line again, a woman walked over to a register that appeared closed and stood there looking at me. She didn't say next or indicate that she was open for business. She then looked at me and said in a sarcastic tone, are you ready? I responded to her sarcastic tone with are you ready? It is evident why this store or Kohl's will be going out of business soon. They have gone the way of Kmart; terrible or nonexistent customer service.
