I'm very disappointed and will likely make more trips out to Lowe's to avoid supporting this store.

The front of the store seemed like they were renovating a bit or moving displays around. They have a small area there in between the restrooms that is a single dog washing station! They seem to have a nice selection of different products, and had I not been in a rush, I would have loved to look around more.

I just ran over there to grab some trimmer string, for three spools it was $28 bucks and change I thought, well that must be what it's going for so I grabbed it and then I saw the mower drive wheels I needed so I grabbed those which were $28 each! I was in a hurry and paid and got to my appointment, then I thought, man, those prices seem expensive let's checkout Amazon and see what they want for those products? Instead of the trimmer line being $10 bucks each, they were $1.50 each, the drive wheels for my mower were $28 bucks for two wheels instead of $28 bucks each I grabbed my receipt and back to Lowe's I went and returned them! The checkout girl said well we have price matching. I told her if Lowe's can't give me an honest price the first time I don't want them. I've been burned too many times by these big heartless corporations that steal money from working people to make some billionaires richer! When disassembling components I found an additional specialty part that was also in need of replacement. Perfect luck right ? This time 5-7 days before I would receive it from manufacturer. I didn't think there was a snowballs chance in hell they would have this part but figured why not give them a call and to my "absolute" surprise.. they also had this exact part. Outstanding ... But when I walked in I was greeted by Lou. I expected what was happening and he knew exactly what I needed. He helped me rebuild my value and expanded the reasoning for the issues and how it should be installed and why. The customer service I was given was 10/10. I'll be back to this place for another other needed parts or plumbing fixtures.

The first issue: Prices. To me, 10 grand is not a clearance price for an area rug. 7 grand is not a good price for a sectional. And the towels, OMG, you'll want them to have their own Hyperbaric chamber after you see these prices. Second issue: Very little color. If you like beige, off-white, gunmetal gray, vanilla, eggshell, ivory, etc., you'll feel at home. The founder Stephen Gordon must have been neglected Crayolas in his youth, as the options are minimal. However, I definitely recommend taking a roll through their excellent showroom. Steal some great ideas, and buy at IKEA.
