Stopped into buy a 7ft by 12ft trailer. Price on trailer was 2199.00. Employee helping me ripped the price tag off stated it should be 2499.00. I asked to have it at the advertised price. Sales guy said no and walked away. Poor customer service. Guess they did not want to sale a trailer today. read more

As soon as I walked in the door Sabrina greeted me and asked me what I was in for. I told I was looking for some twine/string and she directed towards the area I needed and radioed Tyler ( Tyler helps me find what I need literally every time I go into this store and it's awesome ) Tyler showed me exactly what I need and before I grabbed the first thing off the shelf he made sure that I saw some other options too. I could really go on but the level of service, presentation, care, and helpfulness I received just coming in for a spool of twine and some soil is incredible. I found them friendly and with a large selection of items not easily found in other areas. I wish they had a delivery service for the larger items though because I don't have a pickup truck. Their prices are also very competitive. read more

This review is only regarding the propane filling station. Service is unreliable when it comes to propane filling station open. The times they should be open, do not mean anything. I suggest ALWAYS to call the day of wanting to go. I have even learned to call again when I am about to leave for there because it is that unstable. read more

*****08/28/19 Update***** After giving this store thousands of dollars in business since they opened and glowing reviews, I have today to tell you that I bought some feed that had mold in it... 5 bags and of course I threw my receipt away not expecting the feed to have mold in it so I took it back. They couldn't find where I had ever purchased this feed in yet this is the only store I shop at and this is the only place that I know of that carries this particular feed... I think it's like their store name brand feed... So needless to say I will never shop there again... I have bought all of my animals feed there, water troughs, fencing supplies, fencing wire, tools, wormers, halter's, dog food, cat food, treats, alfalfa pellets, tons of birdseed, medicines... You name it I have been a very loyal customer...the guy said the regional manager has cracked down now on customers that bring back something without a receipt, so I was out of luck! To the best of my knowledge this is the first time I've ever had a problem, but for them to insinuate I didn't buy this feed there is very infuriating. I was asked several times..."where did you buy this feed?" About two years ago I started buying everything I needed online. Without realizing it, I evidently put an order through and didn't see it was on a truck delivery where I got charged like $150 delivery fee! I never got that money back and now they have shorted me five bags of feed (I would have been happy with some kind of settlement on 3 bags, as the other two had been opened and I used the feed down to where it was molded...the top of the bag was ok) Good Bye Tractor Supply!...evidently you don't need customers who buy all of their products from your store because this is a really pitiful way to show your appreciation. PS...I have NEVER let a cashier miss an item I was purchasing either...always telling them, I owe for this or that...Yesterday, I wasn't going to be charged for the (new) bags of feed on my cart, because the Cashier thought it was the feed I brought in...SOMETIMES I AM SO SO SO SORRY I AM HONEST AND CAN'T WALK OUT WITHOUT PAYING FOR SOMETHING... read more

I was in Tractor Supply in Princeton, Texas last week. The employees were wearing masks but most of the shoppers were not. While this is not necessarily the Fault of Tractor Supply, they could do more to encourage the use of face masks. I am 78 years old. I'd like to be around a few more years. I will not shop there again until Covid-19 is under control read more

Pretty typical Tractor Supply location that made me feel like I was back home and not in the middle of subdivision land, but this location was very new, well stocked and super clean with great parking. It is also in walking distance from home. Employees were very polite but were clearly new to the job. They waited as the only line very long grew before opening another register. Nice selection and reasonable pricing on the few things I shopped for since it was just a "whim" shopping trip. I'll do some better comparison pricing in time. read more
