There were sales associates everywhere asking if I needed help. I've been in Lowe's at least a thousand times over the years, and I've honestly never experienced that level of attentiveness before. I'm fully aware this level of staffing probably won't happen again after the grand opening rush, but it was impressive nonetheless. Speaking of which, the official grand opening is next week. The store itself was squeaky clean and fully stocked--everything looked brand new and well cared for. Everything is also very well laid out, making it easy to find what you need. They even have a Carhartt clothing section, which was a fun and unexpected bonus. As someone who used to work as a kitchen cabinet designer, I couldn't help but notice the sales and design center. It is way nicer than what I had to work with back in the day--much more polished, modern, and user-friendly. They're also doing giveaways for the soft opening, which added a fun, welcoming vibe and made it feel like a true community event rather than just another store opening. Best of all, it's right down the street. Having a full-service home improvement store this close is incredibly convenient, and I'm genuinely happy it's finally open.
