Great place for those items that are tough to find but not in most retailers. The screws and nails are still sold by the pound! They have been in business here since 1899! I've been in a few times buying things and I'm still not sure if this is a working hardware store or a historic site. There's tables full of tools and merchandise and bins of fasteners and they'll cut keys for you and I've even purchased gardening tools here but they just might be functional souvenirs from the coolest gift shop ever ;-) Really, there's spare parts and fluids and coatings in wall cubbies for things that were old when Moses was young; an amazing array of scythes, buck-saws, and other implements of indeterminate age but obviously well used and cared for as you would expect in these surroundings.

Paints, stains, brushes, rollers, drop cloths... Shovels, rakes, garden tools, hoses and things that go on the ends of hoses. Lawn and garden seasonals like plants, soil amendments and furnishings are mostly outside. ...and when you finish doing the things that needed done they got a slew cleaning stuff up stuff too. Like most Aces, it's a little tight on floor space and sometimes it gets a little spendy here but the selection, convenience, and services should balance it out over time. The help here is friendly and professionally polite, they seem knowledgeable and helpful navigating the store and make you wanna come back. Yea Hardware! and doing stuff!

While the salesman. Ed was great - we were lied to by corporate Home Depot. We ordered 12 Windows for our house using a 48 month no interest free payment.. within a day of ordering the salesman Ed called us back and said there was a mistake. It would be 36 months no interest free. We were OK with that. however, when I received my first statement that had the wrong months of payment plan I called to get it corrected and I was told by numerous people supervisors as well that they could not honor that 36 months interest-free payment. At this point it was too late to cancel the window order because it had been five weeks since we ordered the windows. So I just want everybody to be aware that they lie and not to trust them. If I had known this, I would've canceled the order and gone to Lowe's to get my windows. They never lie about their financing payment plans. so just beware even though they claim their manager, Tony Brennan would call me to straighten it out he never did and this was never corrected The Windows came and Home depot is now blaming the manufacturer for sending the wrong window when they should've checked the windows. So now we have to wait God knows how many more weeks to get the correct window.. So just beware they use a switch and bait technique to pull you in. When the actual statement comes, it's too late to cancel it without being penalized. So if I was you, I would not order from this Home Depot

Looks like I have been reviewing the wrong Tractor Supply addresses for almost 3 years as have…read moreseveral others. After Brunch today, stopped by Tractor Supply to pick up some Zinnia Sead for the flower beds. Came back I was the first to check in even though I've checked in many times and at times have even been the Duke. Going back, there are two Tractor Supplies listed with slightly different addresses. The one that I have been checking into is listed as 276 S, Hwy 16 Stanley NC 28164 and for the longest time, was the only one listed. The address today was 285 Gillman Road Denver NC 28037. All other info is the same. If the Hwy 16 was Hwy 16 Business, it would be close to being correct. At this point, Denver, Stanley and Lowesville all run together, and it comes down to which Post Office can service the account better. That being said, the 276 Hwy address is impossible because that address would put it in the middle of a limited access freeway with no access. Apparently, someone has tried to correct this error without leaving a review and I'm going to suggest it was probably Tractor Supply Corporate. The Gillman Road address is correct and corresponds to the address found on Tractor Supplies website. Sorry for the confusion.

After doing my research, I found that LG was offering a much better deal directly through their website: free shipping, free haul away, free installation, and a $100 instant rebate when purchasing both the washer and dryer together. When I asked Lowe's if they would match these offers, they declined. That was disappointing, especially since these promotions were clearly available from the manufacturer. Because of that, I went ahead and purchased directly from LG--and ended up saving about $350 overall. The experience was smooth from start to finish. Delivery was on time, the team was professional, and everything arrived in pristine condition. Installation was included and handled efficiently, exactly as promised. The appliances themselves are excellent and perform as expected, but Lowe's lost a sale simply because they wouldn't stay competitive. In today's retail environment, that's a costly miss. Ask yourself if saving $350 matters to you.
