Went yesterday and they had sold out of the color she wanted. Suggested she try the Mooresville location. She called and they had what she wanted. Went by today after Church and a first time visit and picked up not one but two. Nice store but sandwiched in-between a Hobby Lobby and Buffalo Wild Wings so easy to miss. Don't miss. The Hydrangea plant i ordered arrived on March 19th. I visited 16 days later, and saw it...it was totally dead...every part of it. My sister said she watered it. Roots were all over the dirt...but i'd never see a plant so D-E-A-D. I chose not to make a fuss when visiting and today, my first day back i lodged a complaint. I attempted to get either a new plant sent or reimbursed. I spoke w/McKenzie (not the owner) but got a call back from some gal (Owner?) who said she could neither reimburse or replace because of their policy. Apparently, one has 24 hrs. from order/arrival to complain or eat it. So, yeah, choose another florist.

The hoverboard from Back to the Future. So I asked the Manager the price, all the man could do was shake his head, then turn away and then continue a conversation with another guest. Why would you have such an iconic piece of movie memorabilia and it A)not be for sale, or B)you can't even TELL your customers that it's not for sale? Not sure what he meant by the head shake, but I'm not sure why you have a collectible,in a collectible store, to not sell. Are we just showing off? I'm confused. Warning We purchased a table from this thrift store about a month ago, with delivery to be arranged…read morelater. Over that month, we called multiple times trying to schedule it, but no one would help or check on the order. We had always made a point to support this store--even going out of our way to bring our donations there--because we believed in supporting a local cause. Delivery was finally set up on April 16th by the delivery person. However, when the delivery was supposed to take place, we received a call saying the table was no longer available--they had put it back out on the floor and sold it again after already scheduling delivery. That makes absolutely no sense. Also, when going to collect a refund-that table was on the floor-they could have made this right, but chose not.to... Adding to the frustration, when we called today for answers, Brianna was extremely rude and hung up on me while I was trying to get information. I called back and spoke with Taylor, who was more understanding, but still did not take steps to make the situation right. From a customer standpoint, this did not feel like an ethical or fair way to handle a paid purchase that had already been committed to a buyer. We understand mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability, organization, and follow-through made this situation much worse. After this experience, we will not be shopping here again.
