    I purchased a dryer from Lowe's in Columbus, GA on June 17, 2026, with delivery scheduled for June…read more19. While the delivery arrived later than expected, my main concern was the condition of the appliance upon arrival. When I inspected the dryer the following day, I found a scratch on the front door, a dent on the right corner, and black scuff marks on the right corner of the control panel. I immediately contacted Lowe's to report the damage. I was transferred between departments, spent time on hold, and eventually drove to the store in person to try to resolve the issue. Although store management acknowledged the issue and discussed a possible discount of 20%, I was directed to work directly with the delivery contractor. Over the next several days, I made multiple phone calls in an effort to resolve the matter. I contacted Customer Service and was offered a smaller discount than what had initially been discussed, which I did not find acceptable. I also called a delivery number provided by Lowe's and discovered it was incorrect. After contacting Lowe's again, I was given the correct number. When I finally reached the Delivery Service, I was offered either a 10% discount or a replacement dryer. I was also informed that accepting a discount would prevent me from returning the dryer. After considering the options, I decided to replace the dryer. My concern is not only the damaged appliance but also the amount of time and effort required on my part to resolve an issue that occurred after purchasing directly from Lowe's. Customers should not have to coordinate among the store, customer service, and delivery contractors to address damage that occurred during delivery. Ultimately, I chose to exchange the dryer, and the Delivery Service agreed to provide installation and delivery of the replacement at no additional cost. I appreciate that a replacement solution was offered. My initial preference was to accept a reasonable discount and avoid the inconvenience of a second delivery. The process required to reach this resolution was far more difficult and time-consuming than it should have been. I hope Lowe's improves communication and takes more direct ownership of delivery-related issues so future customers have a smoother experience.

The man or the manager shall I say said the guy is loading up somebody's truck the problem is I was here before they were and after he loaded the truck which was 40 minutes ago he literally sat out there and talked the whole time after that and I have video and pictures of it and come to find out he was even done with them. So only one person in their cut Wood and only one person does the lift. I'm so confused. Literally, I can't express enough how bad I needed this table top and I'm leaving with nothing. Ice thought about suing them many times. The DA 's office deferred prosecution indefinitely. Another big surprise. I'm a vet so not everyday is roses and rainbows but I am not a thief! In fact I don't owe anyone a dime in this life. The asset manager is a criminal in this store. Look up Home Depote scans it will blow your mind what customers say.
