The one time I WAS actually able to get through the doors, it was incredibly messy, the tanks were so dirty you couldn't even see through the glass, and to top it off, the worker was on FaceTime with someone the entire time. She neglected or refused to give stuffed animals to Ronald McDonald House and Shriners among other charities that normally receive stuffed animals from PetSmart every year. I called the supervisor and home office and reported her but they don't even bother to return a phone call or leave a message. I took him here and he got his haircut by Katie and they did not finish his shave down. They took forever just for me to call and then they tell me they could only finish half of his body.. claimed he was aggressive but his original groomer has never said anything about him being aggressive.. if he was I paid $43 instead of $52 for a ugly cut when I should've been charged way less and now I got to pay extra to take him to his ORIGINAL groomer.. I picked up my cat the other day and they mentioned they had "nicked" his ear...did curbside pickup…read moreand she put him in the car...I asked if it was bad did it stop bleeding she reassured me it was a little nick and took 10 dollars off my bill...when I got home I saw it was definitely more than a nick! The top of his ear is cut off...I tried to be understanding but then I looked closer at his face and realized his whiskers had been cut as well. Not acceptable! My vet was shocked.
