I picked up my cat the other day and they mentioned they had "nicked" his ear...did curbside pickup…read moreand she put him in the car...I asked if it was bad did it stop bleeding she reassured me it was a little nick and took 10 dollars off my bill...when I got home I saw it was definitely more than a nick! The top of his ear is cut off...I tried to be understanding but then I looked closer at his face and realized his whiskers had been cut as well. Not acceptable! My vet was shocked.

My dogs been to the groomer several times before. We wanted to try this place since it was a little closer to us. One of the ladies was very sweet I believe it was miss Linda, as she was taking my information another lady came from the back of the building (without introducing herself) had this mad look" and she said "oh no we are not having this in here" I guess she was referring to my dogs being a little nervous. So, I asked her what she meant, if they never got any dogs that barked a little?She answered they would only take dogs that did good and were calm" She also said this is why they kept their "usual customers" and only a few cats, so they didn't have to deal with nervous dogs I completely understand, people can handle their business however they choose to. But this would've been helpful information to add to their page or to tell me when I called to make the appointments. I adopted both of my dogs (my babies) they are very sweet but I am not sure what they were exposed to in the past or what scares them. But this lady had absolutely No Love in her touch! Didn't even try to pet them nor to acknowledge them. So miss Linda put them in their waiting area & said she would try to work with them" as I am walking out she tells me they only accept cash! No debit no credit cards. Ok, I understand this, I got in my car but I wasn't feeling good about leaving them there since I could clearly tell this other lady was having a bad day. A gave it about 1/2 hour & called them asked miss Linda if they had started on them yet, she said no. So I told her to please not to do anything, I would go back to get my babies & this is exactly what I did. I just didn't feel right leaving them in a place that showed No love to them.

They refused to shave her ((which FYI Great Pyrenees should not be shaved)) which told me that they were knowledgeable about the breed and they cared about their craft. Our daughter was graduating from Fort Benning and we traveled from IL with her fur baby. Ami helped us by keeping him during the ceremony so we could attend. We met her when we dropped off our daughter six weeks before. What first impressed us was that she was the only groomer in Columbus we contacted that wanted to meet our pup to make sure it was a good fit. We really appreciated that and knew she really cared about her animals and making sure they were all safe and not stressed. She kept him for an hour giving us time to go eat while they got acquainted. He did amazing and they were all so incredibly nice. Then, on graduation day, she came in earlier than her posted hours so we could attend the ceremony on time. He loved his time there and we felt so relieved to have a safe and loving place for him to be while we were away. Especially in an area we are not from or familiar with. It could not have gone better!! Her facility is well cared for, everyone working there is over the top friendly and it is clear they love what they do. We are so thankful for Ami and all of her help! Recently, we had to manage end-of-life planning for our beloved dog, Harbaugh. The entire team was understanding and supportive as we made one of the hardest decisions of our lives, and they treated Harbaugh's journey with dignity and love. Their thoughtfulness and caring has always been extensive, but in this case, they personally delivered a beautiful flower arrangement and a heartfelt card that brought us so much comfort. Almost every single time I went there, there's an extra service: today I went there with my puppy, they already knew her age, I got an estimate last time for services I wanted to get today, but when I show up all of the sudden, I'm required to get something else "required by law for her age" that was NOT discussed or even mentioned last time I was there, causing me to spend more $ than I had expected & budgeted. Then I was told "we give you an estimate for services", but this NEW surprise service is required, which was not even discussed last time, even though they KNEW my dogs age, what was needed, planned for, and given an estimate for? This place always tries to scam, lie, chat, and screw you over for more $. Lying scamming con-artists... Avoid this place, unless you have "extra" money to throw away!
