Highly recommend to anyone looking for the best grooming service around!

I recently had an incredibly troubling experience at Sabines Enchanted Grooming LLC that I feel…read morecompelled to share. I took my dog in for grooming, and to my shock, she returned looking completely out of sorts. Not only did she have puss coming out of her eyes, but her behavior suggested she had been drugged. Concerned for her well-being, I immediately took her to the vet, where the doctor confirmed that she had indeed been given something that had her drowsy and also shampoo and another substance was in her eyes that caused the green tint and puss to leak out her eyes .The vet visit left me anxious and frustrated, so I returned to Sabine with the discharge papers and the vet bill to address my concerns. Instead of showing any accountability or empathy, Sabine became aggressive and defensive. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially when it comes to the safety of our pets. I cannot believe a groomer would risk a dog's health and then react so poorly when questioned about it. I strongly advise other pet owners to think twice before using Sabines Enchanted Grooming LLC. Your pets deserve better care than this.

The staff is always happy and friendly which does make a difference. I found this salon after I took my purebred dog, puppy at the time to Petsmart where she had razor burns and miscuts that were lopsided balls on a poodle and they charged me $85. You could see they hurt my baby by her dried tears on her face. I recommend Klippers so no dog should endure such horror but have a happy positive experience and look beautiful.

When I came to pick my kitty up, she was relaxed in her carrier- might as well be a kitty spa. Nails clipped, ears cleaned, full wash, dry, and lion cut in an hour and a half! They should be the source of learning for all other clinics. From scheduling, online client forms, check-in and wait time; exceptional, fast process. We waited in our car, was called at time of appointment, and given our exam room number. We entered the room and were followed immediately by a wonderful technician Miss Danni. Dr. Hunter followed within minutes. The care and attention was superior. We were not made to do unnecessary tests. This has never been the case with care I have had and witnessed from clinics in the past. Checking out was also exceptional. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. A young lady who had just started, checked us out with assistance from her associate. Both were first rate. My only con to my visit is that we have to go back home and are not able to make this clinic our home base for veterinary service.

We were concerned about Daisy's fear of large dogs due to being attacked several times. At the end of three days Daisy was in the park with Mak and the larger dogs and doing very well. Nichole was very professional and gave us an excellent tour. Gave us spot on information about Fur-baby's and was very helpful. I was amazed at how clean and well kept the facilities were. When we toured the inner kennel there were no urine or feces smell and the dogs were kept in custom made wooden kennels. I have toured several kennels in the Columbus area and the smell hit me like a brick the second I walked in. Not here! When we toured the run area we were not only surprised at how big it was but also how clean! Not one sight of doggy doo anywhere. Oh and Did I mention the pictures they post several times a day! Just awesome and made us very comfortable. Thank you Fur-babies!

I had to make the absolutely gut wrenching decision to put my sweet almost 17 year old yorkie down a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately Dr. Tatum was not in that day but Dr. Lewis handled it. I just didn't feel any warmth or compassion from the office staff members at all. Nobody said 'sorry for your loss' or 'she was a good dog' or even looked up from their computers when the euthanasia was complete and I was leaving. I realize that people have to become desensitized to the death of pets when working in the field, however, my dog had been a patient for over 10 years at their office. That was one of the absolute hardest days of my life and nobody was even bothered enough to see a sobbing person and say 'sorry for your loss.' I will miss Dr. Tatum himself but when the time comes to find a new vet, I will be using a different practice. Bottom line: if you're looking for compassionate end of life care, please research this thoroughly as this was unfortunately not my experience with the current staff.
