Yesterday I decided to give them another chance and brought my dog in for a flea treatment because I've been busy. I hadn't even left the parking lot before I noticed a flea on him. They also failed to clip his nails :) They told me to come back at 8am for a rewash, but after everything that's happened I don't trust leaving my dog in their care anymore.
