Some of the shelf stockers will say hi and some won't acknowledge or move aside to get what I need unless I say excuse me and then they barely move aside as if I'm bothering. I tend to drive farther now to shop at the Kingsburg store where they are so much more friendly and helpful.

My niece and I were there for paper plates and water. She bought a beautiful bouquet of flowers for her grandma because she lost her sister recently. They had the most gorgeous braided palm leaves with the Virgin Mary. While I was buying cake which was $25 for my coworker's going away party, I saw the display of all the pan dulce especially the only thing I took a photo of which were the giant Conchas. I will definitely be back because this store really interested me!

OMG! Dinuba Super Walmart is the bomb! Best selection on a wide variety of products, from food, cleaning, automotive, and garden. I go there every Friday and stock up on food items. It's nothing new or fancy but it reminds me of what a grocery store is supposed to look like. Their produce is pretty good, their bakery is okay but the deals on their meat is like whoa!! The quality is great too. It doesn't have all that hidden fat and nerve most others shove at the bottom where you can't see. The owners are super friendly humble people and value each person that walks in the door. The employees are always so courteous and will ensure they've done everything to help you. They're doing a lot of things right and don't need all the fancy-ness to keep their doors open. That alone tells you they're doing something right!

Now I appreciate the effort from staff trying to protect themselves by wearing gloves but if you are not using them properly then they are pointless. The cashiers wear the same gloves after every customer. There gloves are dirty and dont get changed. They touch all your groceries with those same dirty ass gloves after touching other ppls money and groceries. Please educate yourself about cross contamination and you will see how your employees are still spreading germs.

I miss the local items sections although I did find His Hive Honey so that was nice. Upon check out I find myself standing in one or two lines open with customers packed full of shopping carts ahead of me. For claiming to be "express" this part ruins it. Otherwise a good store, with ample parking and good selection. Come for the convenience and produce. Be prepared to stand in a long check out line.

I know that sounds like a strange word to use for meat on shelves, but everything looks so good and so fresh, and the way they are laid out so neatly it's just very pleasing to the eye. You will see that in my photos. Also the prices are quite reasonable considering nowadays prices. And one more thing that makes the meat department special is that they have nice, thick bags to put the meat in so that they won't bleed all over your other groceries. On top of that, as you'll see in the photos, all of the cuts of meat are listed on the bag, which is really helpful. There are two butchers there who you can ask questions of or have meat sliced or cubed or whatever you want to do with it. Now that's a special service. The other thing I also love about this store is that someone has an eye for design. Every single item on every single shelf is facing forward and perfectly stacked, nothing out of place. They must patrol the place just to tidy up. (I guess I have outed my OCD tendencies with comments on how well everything is stacked and displayed. ) And last but definitely not least was Courtney, my checker. She was not only very friendly and made eye contact with me and smiled to greet me when I approached her check stand, but she was also fast as lightning checking me out, and I was really impressed with that. I do wish there had been a box person there to help box my groceries though, because she and I had to do it, and I am an older lady and I have trouble lifting things. I also would've been nice to have them come out to the car with me and lift them into the car. SaveMart always offers this service and I really appreciate it. Maybe they were just shorthanded today? This is the only reason for the first stars instead of five. And again, take into account they might've been shorthanded that day. The photo with the little green fruit is just because they all looked like they were smiling at me and I thought they were cute. The prices are high for a lot of items but not for all, but so are everyone else's prices.

After verifying with a third associate, I was able to purchase the hand sanitizer holders, and there were multiple bags available. I am concerned about the initial refusal to sell an item that was clearly in stock, while other associates confirmed it could be sold. I appreciated the help from the other two associates, but believe this issue should be addressed to ensure consistent customer service.
