Trying to get help to answer a question is difficult. All the workers do is talk amongst each other as they work and do not acknowledge customers. I finally found a solo worker and said "excuse me sir, where can I find..." and he gave me a look as if I bothered him. I have been coming to this Walmart since 2009, when I first started dating my husband. My mother in law and niece do not like the new layout of this Walmart. However, my husband and I love it. We think it is like a cross between a department store and Walmart. I used to work at Gottschalks at Fashion Fair in the early 2000s and seeing brands from when I used to work at Gottschalks like Chaps and US Polo Association is nostalgic. It's also cool to see brands like Jessica Simpson in the store as well. We told my mother in law and niece that we love this Walmart because our go to Walmart is Ashlan and Blackstone and If you know you know. It's huge and organized. Garden area was also very organized and not overwhelming. Overall, we will be back because we have some renovations to do. Cons are that me,my husband and another customer needed something that was locked away, we pressed the help button and waited at least 10 minutes between each press and no one came. Another con is that they had a kitchen island on display and even when you scan the bar code, you can't find it. A staff memeber attempted to find it and was unable to as well. If you don't have the product in stock in store or online, don't put it out since the display is not for sale! Love that Dinuba has this. I know there's a super center on Herndon and Ingram in Fresno, but the parking gets so packed! Honestly, I hope Fresno can get a Super Target, it would be amazing! And yes, I've been to Super Target. Got oil change then found engine oil leaks after i went home

This is the worst Walmart that I have ever been to!!! And that's saying a lot because I've been to a lot of them! Made 2 online orders and got a confirmation that they were ready for pickup the next morning. So I went to pick them up. They had us waiting out there for an hour and a half. Because they said that they lost my order. They had 6 different people looking for my order. So I asked to talk to a supervisor. Finally he found all three of them or so I thought. Come to find they didn't give me the main gift that I had ordered. They gave me something else. Stuck a sticker with my name and the date that I ordered it to make it look like it's what I ordered. So when I seen this I tried calling them. They won't answer. So now my kid isn't going to get the gift that she really wanted. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional! read more

We went in to the auto shop area for help locating the correct battery for my fathers car. When ai asked for assistance all I was told was there is a book over by the r batteries. That book is fkn useless and did not specify anything for the year and type of car I was looking for a battery for. Then I decided to go get in the line to ask for some help. Jesse the one who told me about the book was allegedly helping someone, then Jay was I am guessing observing her, my daughter assumed she was a trainee . . . Very possible, y'all should have special vests or some kind of trainee tag for trainees so we as customers understand why there are 2 Reps helping one person, especially if you have people needing assistance that are standing in line . . . Additionally there was another representative, Julia, literally just standing behind us near some tires not doing shit. . . I am sure you can understand my frustration. Have some common courtesy to say, "We'll be right with you," or "My apologies, it will be just a few moments." I know that common sense is not a flower that grows in everyone's garden but come TF on ‍ . . . Then you have a bunch of other representatives just walkin around also not doing a damn thing. . . Probably the busiest place in Dinuba, this Walmart is colossal but also clean and well-organized. They have a deli but the staff there was sort of confused about making a custom sandwich. Turns out, they don't make custom sandwiches at all for individuals - only large orders you have to place ahead of time. Sort of strange and completely useless. read more

Tired of not seeing the mask order being enforced in any way. They refuse to ask customers to wear one. They have employees shopping who are going the wrong way down their isles. Today, wanting to purchase one item, a small tarp, no check stands were open. Had to go to self checkout. It didn't work. Tried to get the girl working the self checkouts to scan my item. No ratings this place sucks as a service they take forever for service whether it's for alcohol baby's milk razors lashes . You click on the button and ask for someone to come help and they still take a long time to even help out . The longest we've waiting was 20-30 minutes !!! Don't shop here. I have been coming here for 4 years and it's a stop for our annual camping trip. This year we stopped and it got crazy with the kids as we were checking out. When we got to camp we noticed that we were missing pieces so I drove back down. We are talking about maybe $40 dollars worth of stuff and I had my receipt to prove I bought it. They would not work with me. They were able to see on camera that I got everything but they didn't even know what size the tackle box was. I was even going to spend more money there on things we forgot but nope walked out. They have the right to not help me. I will never shop at a Walmart again. Their "same day pick up" is a joke, ordered ONE item around 5am didn't get an email til around 4pm saying my pick up time was delayed until after 6pm BUT before 8. I'm fed up with California stores in general but Walmart is the worst. They make so many products so difficult to buy; kept behind lock and key. I waited for 20 minutes with my pre-school age child in tow, waiting for someone to come to the paint department and unlock the spray paint. I will drive somewhere else and pay double rather than do that again. They are so worried about theft that they make it almost impossible to actually sell certain products. If you're going to lock something up, then have employees near by to unlock them or you will continue to lose business. We were due to pick up by 3:00 pm got an email stating it was delayed due to busy day by 4:00 pm we canceled the order & went to WalMart ourselves to shop for our things, 1. It wasn't that busy 2. My husband went into the Dinuba Walmart today to get a replacement ink cartridge for the shop printer. Found one , purchased it & went back to the shop to put it in. Well surprise surprise! Someone had put a USED ink cartridge in there & took the damn time to reseal it so it looked like it hadn't been tampered with. Husband immediately returns to Walmart ( less than 10 min) & goes to return it to get a good one. Customer service accused HIM of trying to pull a fast one! What the hell! He tells them what happened & they refused to take it back stating they do NOT accept used cartridges back & still insinuating that HE did that! Wow!! Thanks great customer service!! You guys stink! Though I must ask, why do they have a large variety of registers, but only have 3 or 4 open at any given time? Good luck getting formula for your child. They put the formula behind a glass door and make you wait until someone with the key comes by. Pressed the help button 4 times and never got a response. A line started to form and employees would just walk by and not even offer to help, they are lazy!. We waited a good 15min before someone finally came to help. When help finally came the employee didnt bother to apologize for the wait, instead she gave us an attitude and seemed bothered that we needed her help. Fix this system! read more

I had this question for the Walmart cashier The question was "why do you allow customers to bring there dogs in?" Her answer was, supposedly they are service dogs. If they are service dogs why are they giving the dog a ride in cart? Then the cart where the dog was in, will be used by another customer, unknowing that cart is dirty & filthy!
