4/06/24 Checking it out! Need to get wine for Sunday & granola too! Clean, safe & practiced! GINORMOUS! Still, organized & easy to find what you need. Music playing that made it even better! They have a large wine selection! Many to choose from. Found a good priced Pinot Noir. I also got 3 isle teasers: Churro Oreos(New&Yum!), Reese's pretzels & PB M&Ms. You can't buy wine at self-checkout. I went to a line, waited & checked out. They are busy! The worker was very kind. Showed my ID, paid for everything and left. Good service & Walmart! Recommended! read more

Order 4 tires online, only 1 tire arrived. it's been 4 weeks. The 800 number directed to the store, the store directed me to the 800...wow...can I give less than 1 star? I'll do my best never to return to Walmart Dinuba Superstore... read more

Trying to get help to answer a question is difficult. All the workers do is talk amongst each other as they work and do not acknowledge customers. I finally found a solo worker and said "excuse me sir, where can I find..." and he gave me a look as if I bothered him. I said I was sorry for the bother and just needed to know where I might find an item. Unfriendly customer service! read more

I'm not from this area, but this Walmart is great! Everything was really well stocked and most importantly, it was really clean! I used the restroom there, it was super clean! We were able to grab some stuff to stock our hotel room and we're really impressed! read more

I have been coming to this Walmart since 2009, when I first started dating my husband. My mother in law and niece do not like the new layout of this Walmart. However, my husband and I love it. We think it is like a cross between a department store and Walmart. I used to work at Gottschalks at Fashion Fair in the early 2000s and seeing brands from when I used to work at Gottschalks like Chaps and US Polo Association is nostalgic. It's also cool to see brands like Jessica Simpson in the store as well. We told my mother in law and niece that we love this Walmart because our go to Walmart is Ashlan and Blackstone and If you know you know. It's huge and organized. Garden area was also very organized and not overwhelming. Overall, we will be back because we have some renovations to do. Cons are that me,my husband and another customer needed something that was locked away, we pressed the help button and waited at least 10 minutes between each press and no one came. Another con is that they had a kitchen island on display and even when you scan the bar code, you can't find it. A staff memeber attempted to find it and was unable to as well. If you don't have the product in stock in store or online, don't put it out since the display is not for sale! Love that Dinuba has this. I know there's a super center on Herndon and Ingram in Fresno, but the parking gets so packed! Honestly, I hope Fresno can get a Super Target, it would be amazing! And yes, I've been to Super Target. Lol. read more

Got oil change then found engine oil leaks after i went home

This is the worst Walmart that I have ever been to!!! And that's saying a lot because I've been to a lot of them! Made 2 online orders and got a confirmation that they were ready for pickup the next morning. So I went to pick them up. They had us waiting out there for an hour and a half. Because they said that they lost my order. They had 6 different people looking for my order. So I asked to talk to a supervisor. Finally he found all three of them or so I thought. Come to find they didn't give me the main gift that I had ordered. They gave me something else. Stuck a sticker with my name and the date that I ordered it to make it look like it's what I ordered. So when I seen this I tried calling them. They won't answer. So now my kid isn't going to get the gift that she really wanted. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional! read more

We went in to the auto shop area for help locating the correct battery for my fathers car. When ai asked for assistance all I was told was there is a book over by the r batteries. That book is fkn useless and did not specify anything for the year and type of car I was looking for a battery for. Then I decided to go get in the line to ask for some help. Jesse the one who told me about the book was allegedly helping someone, then Jay was I am guessing observing her, my daughter assumed she was a trainee . . . Very possible, y'all should have special vests or some kind of trainee tag for trainees so we as customers understand why there are 2 Reps helping one person, especially if you have people needing assistance that are standing in line . . . Additionally there was another representative, Julia, literally just standing behind us near some tires not doing shit. . . I am sure you can understand my frustration. Have some common courtesy to say, "We'll be right with you," or "My apologies, it will be just a few moments." I know that common sense is not a flower that grows in everyone's garden but come TF on ‍ . . . Then you have a bunch of other representatives just walkin around also not doing a damn thing. . . I now remember why I hate coming to this place. Y'all need to do better . . . read more

Probably the busiest place in Dinuba, this Walmart is colossal but also clean and well-organized. They have a deli but the staff there was sort of confused about making a custom sandwich. Turns out, they don't make custom sandwiches at all for individuals - only large orders you have to place ahead of time. Sort of strange and completely useless. read more

Fucking shit, I tried calling them 6 times about some batteries that I wanted to return but no one would fucking answer

Wow... This Walmart definitely surprised the hell out of the wife and I! We're used to our chaotic unfit for being open kind of walmarts.. the kind of walmarts you really don't wanna go to but you're made to go to! Thanks alot Jess! Lol. But coming into this Walmart was a head turner! From the moment we walked in.. what!? There's a deli! The food smells amazing!!!! What!? There's a McDonald's! I thought they took all of them out of walmarts? WHAT!!!!????? it's not BUSY OR CROWDED!!!!!!! The staff are actually friendly, helpful and the customers aren't the usual bad company vibe! Yes please!!! I swear my world just got flipped upside down! We found everything we needed and then some! I love you dinuba Walmart! read more

Tired of not seeing the mask order being enforced in any way. They refuse to ask customers to wear one. They have employees shopping who are going the wrong way down their isles. Their employees often wear their mask below their nose. Glad I was able to find the last few things we need through other businesses online. I will avoid indefinitely. read more

Walmart, Dinuba. Service is at the bottom. Yesterday, 5th person in line and this was a short line. Four registers open. A worker told us another one was opening, register 4 we were at 11. Today, wanting to purchase one item, a small tarp, no check stands were open. Had to go to self checkout. It didn't work. Tried to get the girl working the self checkouts to scan my item. Was told her register was not working and I needed to use one of the self checkouts. Laid me tarp down and walked. read more

No ratings this place sucks as a service they take forever for service whether it's for alcohol baby's milk razors lashes . You click on the button and ask for someone to come help and they still take a long time to even help out . The longest we've waiting was 20-30 minutes !!! Now that's ridiculous bad enough the registers are always short . You guys need to hire more people or get a better system going . Wowwww pisssst at the long wait !!!!!!! read more

Don't shop here. I have been coming here for 4 years and it's a stop for our annual camping trip. This year we stopped and it got crazy with the kids as we were checking out. When we got to camp we noticed that we were missing pieces so I drove back down. We are talking about maybe $40 dollars worth of stuff and I had my receipt to prove I bought it. They would not work with me. They were able to see on camera that I got everything but they didn't even know what size the tackle box was. I was even going to spend more money there on things we forgot but nope walked out. They have the right to not help me. I will never shop at a Walmart again. Beware - if you want customer service. read more

Their "same day pick up" is a joke, ordered ONE item around 5am didn't get an email til around 4pm saying my pick up time was delayed until after 6pm BUT before 8. (per usual) there's less than half an hour til 8 & they close pick up at 8... Must I say more? This isn't the first, second, or third time this happens. Selma just continues to s*** on the Dinuba one even after all these years #YIKES #SaveYourMoneyLiveBetterGotoSelma read more

I'm fed up with California stores in general but Walmart is the worst. They make so many products so difficult to buy; kept behind lock and key. I waited for 20 minutes with my pre-school age child in tow, waiting for someone to come to the paint department and unlock the spray paint. I will drive somewhere else and pay double rather than do that again. They are so worried about theft that they make it almost impossible to actually sell certain products. If you're going to lock something up, then have employees near by to unlock them or you will continue to lose business. Of course, top it off with standing in line longer than it took to actually do all my shopping. read more

Their order on line then pick up next day sucks!!!! We were due to pick up by 3:00 pm got an email stating it was delayed due to busy day by 4:00 pm we canceled the order & went to WalMart ourselves to shop for our things, 1. It wasn't that busy 2. We saw the girl that was filling our order & boy talk about lazy, she was walking like a turtle was taking her sweet time, stopping to talk I mean she was ridiculous! At 7:00 pm we got an email saying our order was ready to get picked up!!! REALLY 4 HOURS LATER!!!!! WHAT A FREAKIN JOKE!!! If your going to advertise something then follow through do NOT FALSELY ADVERTISE WALMART!! To add to the injury we bought a ready made salad & when we got home I sat to eat it & the dressing was spoiled!!! Lawsuit waiting to happen!! On the upside our cashier was very kind, good job Robert!! read more

clerks working there could not care less to be there, rude, lazy and no sense of urgency.. one clerk working the returns/moneygram/bill window at 5pm on a weekday... after 25 minutes its my turn. By then another has opened up but is constantly coughing into his hand and then touching everything.... no hand sanitizer in sight! dressing room attendees rude too... not going there again.. I will stick with Target read more

Ok so I'm wondering why the rotisserie chickens look like Cornish hens? Where are these chickens coming from??? The poor things are so small, itty bitty tiny chickens!!!! Is this happening at every Wal Mart or just Dinuba? Costco has the same price for their chickens, and when you buy a rotisserie chicken it is a big chicken. Also, I believe most all the employee's work very very hard!!!! and I believe the employees are too stressed out!!!! This is a direct reflection on management!!!!!!! Without happy employees you can not have any team work!!!!! Management needs way more training!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

If there were an option to award ZERO stars I would but unfortunately that option doesn't exist!!! Wow!! My husband went into the Dinuba Walmart today to get a replacement ink cartridge for the shop printer. Found one , purchased it & went back to the shop to put it in. Well surprise surprise! Someone had put a USED ink cartridge in there & took the damn time to reseal it so it looked like it hadn't been tampered with. Husband immediately returns to Walmart ( less than 10 min) & goes to return it to get a good one. Customer service accused HIM of trying to pull a fast one! What the hell! He tells them what happened & they refused to take it back stating they do NOT accept used cartridges back & still insinuating that HE did that! Wow!! Thanks great customer service!! You guys stink! Here it is 3 weeks since I left this Yelp review & also contacting Walmart's corporate office. I have YET to have gotten a response if any kind!! read more

I was there this evening buying groceries with my children.. well our cashier MARIA little short "young" lady, with really bad acne scars decided it was the night to throw groceries into the bags. I don't know if she was having a bad night or just hates her job but what poor customers service did she provide. I spoke to the"manager" and said he would tell management about it... ummmmm am I missing something here?!? YOURE WHOLE DAMN JOB IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

this place is absolutely horrendous ! it all started on a sunny day. i walk in to walmart expecting to come out with a nice helping of groceries and some delicious mcdonalds. but to my surprise, i left with a wounded heart and a bitter taste in my mouth. an employee of this walmart center verbally attacked me and shouted profanities at me accusing me of shoplifting. her name was julie the supposed "team leader" of the established empolyees working there. she then proceeded to assault me with her liquids. she spat me. in disgust. and called me a racial slur. i have never felt such humiliation or anger in my life. but i am good Christian and held my tongue and lowered my fist. god, did not raise me like this. i told her may god forgive her because it is not my place to forgive but rather to forget. though i may not be angry with my fellow sister of god, i shall not return to this establishment. if anyone can relate to my story please thoughts and prayers. may god bless that woman Julie before Satan swallows her whole. god give me strength, god give me voice, tutti tutti read more

Longest slowest lines ever. Never have anything in stock and filthy constantly I would rather go all the way to Fresno

This is the best Walmart I've ever been to. They have everything I need, and at great prices, too! Though I must ask, why do they have a large variety of registers, but only have 3 or 4 open at any given time? This is very inconvenient, especially when I'm in a hurry and there's long lines for the registers. read more

I hate Walmart! There are always too many people. You say excuse me and no one bothers to take a step aside. I always end up spending too much money. Self checkout broke and I had to wait unreasonably long to get my change sorted. Supervisor was no where to be found.

I had this question for the Walmart cashier The question was "why do you allow customers to bring there dogs in?" Her answer was, supposedly they are service dogs. If they are service dogs why are they giving the dog a ride in cart? Then the cart where the dog was in, will be used by another customer, unknowing that cart is dirty & filthy! Please do not allow this, people who see other people bringing there dogs & they will be doing the same thingI was going to buy a hamburger at McDonald, however somebody else had a dog. Do I have to call the health department about this? Just asking. Thx read more

Good luck getting formula for your child. They put the formula behind a glass door and make you wait until someone with the key comes by. Pressed the help button 4 times and never got a response. A line started to form and employees would just walk by and not even offer to help, they are lazy!. We waited a good 15min before someone finally came to help. When help finally came the employee didnt bother to apologize for the wait, instead she gave us an attitude and seemed bothered that we needed her help. Fix this system! read more

One of the BEST Wal-Mart I've visited. This place is huge and CLEAN.

Not sure why everyone had such bad reviews. This walmart is clean and seems to have plenty in stock. Prices are the same at other walmarts.
