I wanted to give a fair but honest review of my experience with CV Dental Care in Canton Vista…read more Initially, the staff was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. That first impression honestly made me want to move forward with them. Scheduling was smooth, and they were generally good about getting me in around my appointment time during the earlier visits. However, things started to fall apart when it came to pricing transparency. I went in for permanent implants (I already have existing dentures), and after my initial consultation, I was quoted around $51,000, which was nearly $20,000 higher than other places I had visited. Because of that, I decided not to move forward at first. Afterward, I received multiple calls and texts from their office, and we eventually negotiated a price. We verbally agreed, and they confirmed via text to a flat $32,000, and this included anesthesia. That number was in line with other quotes I had received, so I felt comfortable moving forward and scheduled a follow-up appointment to finalize everything, sign the contract, and make a payment. This is where my experience took a turn. I waited about 20 minutes past my appointment time, and while they did eventually acknowledge the delay, it wasn't until I had already been waiting for a while. During the contract process, they increased the anesthesia cost by an additional $3,500, even though anesthesia had already been included in the agreed-upon $32,000 total. After some back-and-forth, I reluctantly agreed to a revised total of $35,500 just to move things forward. Then things became even more concerning. The billing assistant left the room multiple times and came back with yet another change, an additional $2,500 for a zirconia upgrade. This was especially frustrating because zirconia was the only option we had discussed from the beginning and was part of the original plan. It appeared to have been removed from the revised contract, only to be added back in as an upcharge. At that point, the total had climbed about $6,000 above what we had already agreed upon verbally and via text. That lack of consistency and transparency didn't sit right with me, and I ultimately decided to walk away without moving forward. Overall, the staff was kind and the office made a great first impression, but the repeated pricing changes and lack of clear, consistent communication during the contracting process were too concerning for me to ignore.

Mesa Dental Implants and Dentures - My new smile thanks to Dr.Miller

After years of dental problems, I finally made the decision to restore my smile, and choosing Dr…read more Miller was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I have always been extremely scared of going to the dentist--honestly, absolutely terrified. The thought of dental procedures caused me a great deal of anxiety, and I put off getting the treatment I needed for far too long because of that fear. From the very beginning, Dr. Miller recognized how nervous I was and went out of his way to make sure I was okay. He was patient, reassuring, and took the time to check on me throughout the process, helping me feel safe and comfortable every step of the way. From my very first consultation, Dr. Miller and his team treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answer every question, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident in my treatment plan. On April 15, I underwent full-mouth implant treatment, and the results have already been life-changing. Not only do my teeth look incredible, but I smile with confidence again. The care and attention to detail that Dr. Miller puts into his work are truly remarkable. What impressed me most was that I never felt like just another patient. Dr. Miller genuinely cares about the people he treats and takes pride in helping them regain both their smile and their quality of life. His entire staff has been supportive, compassionate, and professional throughout my recovery. The photos and video attached to this review show part of the transformation, but they cannot fully capture what this experience has meant to me. For the first time in a long time, I can look in the mirror and smile proudly. If you are considering dental implants or major dental work, I cannot recommend Dr. Miller highly enough. The investment is significant, but so is the result. My only regret is not doing it sooner. Thank you, Dr. Miller, for giving me my smile back.

"The Spa Day I Didn't Know I Needed -- With Bonus Tooth Extraction!"…read more Listen. I walked into Aspen Dental expecting the usual: fluorescent lighting, the faint smell of fluoride, and a dentist ready to say "you should really floss more." Instead, I found Dr. G and his magical band of tooth wizards -- and I swear I walked out feeling like I had just been to the Disneyland of Dentistry. First off, the dental hygienist? ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. Like, if she ran for president, I'd vote for her. Twice. She had me feeling so relaxed during my cleaning that I was 97% sure she slipped me a spa playlist and a glass of wine when I wasn't looking. My teeth were sparkling so hard by the end, the sun threw shade. Now, about those molar removals... I was braced for medieval torture, but Dr. G? Oh, Dr. G came in like a smooth, tooth-stealing ninja. One second I'm thinking about what I'm having for dinner, the next -- BOOM -- teeth gone. No pain. No drama. Just a faint pop and a suspicious feeling that he might moonlight as a Vegas magician. The whole crew had me laughing so much that I half-expected to be charged a comedy cover fee. I left with a goodie bag of dental swag, a lighter jaw, and a deep desire to have my other teeth removed just to hang out with these people again. If Aspen Dental were a dating profile: Pros: Charming, gentle, and knows their way around your mouth (in a medically appropriate way). Cons: None. Unless you count the fact that they set the bar so high I can never go anywhere else. Five stars, two less molars, and a lifetime of loyalty.
