I was very nervous to have this done especially because I had never been under anesthesia. I went in for my consultation on a Monday and they were able to schedule my procedure Friday of the same week. The entire team was so friendly and welcoming during my entire experience. Dr. Wilson explained everything that would need to be done very clearly and helped me to feel at ease. I opted for Exparel to be given during my procedure and it was definitely worth it. I experienced no pain during my recovery only mild soreness which was relieved with Tylenol. I highly recommend Dr. Wilson and his team if you find yourself in need of oral surgery. They even sent me beautiful flowers during my recovery.

Instead, I found Dr. G and his magical band of tooth wizards -- and I swear I walked out feeling like I had just been to the Disneyland of Dentistry. First off, the dental hygienist? ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. Like, if she ran for president, I'd vote for her. Twice. She had me feeling so relaxed during my cleaning that I was 97% sure she slipped me a spa playlist and a glass of wine when I wasn't looking. My teeth were sparkling so hard by the end, the sun threw shade. Now, about those molar removals... I was braced for medieval torture, but Dr. G? Oh, Dr. G came in like a smooth, tooth-stealing ninja. One second I'm thinking about what I'm having for dinner, the next -- BOOM -- teeth gone. No pain. No drama. Just a faint pop and a suspicious feeling that he might moonlight as a Vegas magician. The whole crew had me laughing so much that I half-expected to be charged a comedy cover fee. He has done updates on my implants (I'm a terrible patient, crunching on nuts and grinding my teeth) as needed, and I'm so glad for all the support. If you need to talk about implants and/or other non-routine dental needs I can't recommend Dr Boyse highly enough. Over the years I've occasionally been seen by another surgeon here, all of them are excellent and caring. I would give more stars but there aren't enough.

The finance department spent time with us following our initial consultations to give us upfront and honest pricing. Dr. Kelly and his staff are knowledgeable, professional, and more importantly, kind. They treat you like family, even going so far as to provide you with Dr. Kelly's personal cell phone number after the surgery in case of any issues. I did text Dr. Kelly with questions after both of my kids had their wisdom teeth out and he responded immediately. Both of my kids were very nervous about being put under general anesthesia and Dr. Kelly and his staff spend additional time with them prior to the procedure, reassuring them and making sure they were comfortable. I only have positive things to say about our experiences from start to finish.

I'm going on 73 years old and this was a scary thing to face. Dr. Lemieux made me comfortable throughout the procedure and reassured me to call if I needed anything or had any questions.I opted for local numbing, no anesthesia. Now 24 hours later I have minimal pain. I likely won't need Ibuprofen today. I took Ibubrofen twice yesterday. I was definitely in some pain once the numbing medicine wore off.

That first impression honestly made me want to move forward with them. Scheduling was smooth, and they were generally good about getting me in around my appointment time during the earlier visits. However, things started to fall apart when it came to pricing transparency. I went in for permanent implants (I already have existing dentures), and after my initial consultation, I was quoted around $51,000, which was nearly $20,000 higher than other places I had visited. Because of that, I decided not to move forward at first. Afterward, I received multiple calls and texts from their office, and we eventually negotiated a price. We verbally agreed, and they confirmed via text to a flat $32,000, and this included anesthesia. That number was in line with other quotes I had received, so I felt comfortable moving forward and scheduled a follow-up appointment to finalize everything, sign the contract, and make a payment. This is where my experience took a turn. I waited about 20 minutes past my appointment time, and while they did eventually acknowledge the delay, it wasn't until I had already been waiting for a while. During the contract process, they increased the anesthesia cost by an additional $3,500, even though anesthesia had already been included in the agreed-upon $32,000 total. After some back-and-forth, I reluctantly agreed to a revised total of $35,500 just to move things forward. Then things became even more concerning. The billing assistant left the room multiple times and came back with yet another change, an additional $2,500 for a zirconia upgrade. This was especially frustrating because zirconia was the only option we had discussed from the beginning and was part of the original plan. It appeared to have been removed from the revised contract, only to be added back in as an upcharge. At that point, the total had climbed about $6,000 above what we had already agreed upon verbally and via text. That lack of consistency and transparency didn't sit right with me, and I ultimately decided to walk away without moving forward. Overall, the staff was kind and the office made a great first impression, but the repeated pricing changes and lack of clear, consistent communication during the contracting process were too concerning for me to ignore.
