This is the 2nd time I went in for my cleaning at Dr. Abedis office and consistency is obviously a quality this practice takes pride in! There's nothing better than having an expectation for a certain level of genuine care, attention, and thoroughness met and exceeded not only once but twice. I was referred to Dr. Abedi by a friend and although Apache Junction is outside of the convenience of the 15 mile radius I stay within its well worth the drive. The hygienists I had this time and last are by far the most gentle and informative in the valley. Dr. Abedis bed side manners are professional and pleasant. I really appreciated the attention to my issues and the treatment plan created that addressed them in an affordable way. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Abedi. I needed an implant. She sells supplies to dentists all over the valley so I I figured I should take her word on it. I'm very glad I did. This was by far the best experience I have had with a dentist. All of the 5 star reviews are spot on. The staff are all amazing! Every person at that practice is so extremely friendly and, more importantly, genuine. And Dr. Abedi is the best there is. I have had some REALLY bad experiences with dentists (bad root canal's, poor shot placement, you name it). The entire experience here was perfect. I have complete faith in him and his staff. They dealt with countless reschedules and a missed appointment. And they were very gracious and understanding. It IS out of the way for me (about 45 minutes from my office) but I wouldn't go anywhere else. To top it off, they are VERY reasonable! You really can't go wrong. Thank you and your staff Dr. Abedi. Great dog and pony show with a little sleight of hand that ends up in your wallet. I had been taking my mother to them for weeks and hanging out while they worked on her. They took xrays of me for a dental implant. A few days later I got a horrible toothache late at night and called their emergency number at 1 a.m. IN AGONY. I had to leave a message. Dr. A. called me back and said to go to an emergency service. He agreed to call in a Rx for an antibiotic to a drugstore for me. The number he gave me for emergency care went nowhere. I called Dr. A back and there was no answer. If I hadn't been able to take one of my mother's pain meds (FROM AN ENDONTIST) I would have had to go to a dental Urgent Care in the middle of the night. Interestingly, Dr. A did not and would not Rx pain meds for Mom during weeks of treatment, including root canals and shaving her teeth down to nubs for root canals.... What??? As I already had a relationship with this dentist I AT LEAST expected a call from his office the next morning to see how I was doing. NO CALL. NOTHING. He never called in the antibiotic Rx to the pharmacy either. My mother finished with them.... AND SO DID I. Fun, Fun, Fun til I needed them, then NOT. read more

I came in for an implant for a cracked tooth and Dr. Abedi and his staff did an excellent job of explaining the entire procedure and post-op treatment plan. He and his team were extremely thorough and made sure I experienced little to no pain during the operation. Abeddi has fucked me over multiple times with my teeth and because I had anxiety and starting tearing up over the lidocaine shot he got all pissy and walked out and sent me to a stupid specialist. I've been going there since I was a kid and each time he has fucked up my teeth when working on them. DONT EVER GO TO ABEDDI HE IS THE WORST DENTIST EVER and only cares about getting a paycheck ‍ He should go back to school and learn how to deal with people who have anxiety, especially when he causes it to be worse read more

I brag about this entire office! I've been going here for years and the staff is incredibly nice--and not that fake, annoying nice. Genuinely wonderful people! Sahara is awesome. Dr. Abedi is honest and so sweet! I am such a child when it comes to simple dentist work and he makes me feel 100% comfortable. They will work with you on payment plans and late visits. The entire staff seems to enjoy their job, they go on outings together and pictures are displayed all over. I love that this place isn't some gaudy, high-end office. I will be coming here even when I move out of state, that's how much I love these guys! read more

Called in to get a root canal after I was referred to this office by my primary dentist. Went over the cost with the lady on phone based on my insurance. $425 was my out of pocket. Next day Im sitting in the chair in pain and ready to get started and they tell me its $900. They said they needed a CT scan of tooth. $300 + another $175 in misc add in's. I requested they skip the CT scan and use xrays and they refused despite saying if they had x-rays from my dentist they wouldnt need the scan. They refused to put me on-a payment plan as I brought the $425 in cash we agreed on. They said I wasn't their patient and they'd never see me a again. Found out they have a new $100,000 CT scanner (Toy) and they need to pay for it. Poor Service, poor attitude and failure to do the job for the agreed on price. Avoid them at all cost. They don't have the patients well-being at heart. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Abedi for over 10 years now! Let me start by saying that, I (like every person I suppose) was not a big fan of going to the dentist; my past experiences with other dentists range from unnecessary painful to utterly traumatic. My family and I were looking for a Dentist and were referred by a friend to his office over 10 years ago and we have followed him and his team from their previous smaller practice to their new, bigger and state of the art facility, this man is an expert at what he does and one can always tell the level of skill and experience that he brings to all the procedures that we've all had gotten there. Also the staff always have this kind of "welcome to our home" vibe every single time they greet you, I'm not sure if the staff reads these reviews but I want to thank you all for taking care of our pearly whites and would like to ask you to keep up the same level of quality service. Wow, this office is so professional and friendly and organized and competent all at the same time. That's a combination that's hard to beat. I love this dentist's office and plan to be a follower for as long as I live in the area. They work together as a team, like mind-readers almost! Dr. Abedi is personable and friendly and seems like he really gets to know his patients and their dental needs. He went over his suggestions for the dental services I would need and recommended only the services that are needed. On one occasion, I was asking about having a chipped tooth repaired or crowned and he let me know I didn't need to do that because the tooth was healthy and happy and it wasn't necessary... many other dentists would have gladly done the work and preyed on my fears. All his staff are friendly and hard-working. I also received dental services, a crown, from Dr. Charles Lin, Wizard of Toothery, and that was awesome also. I highly recommend this office! read more

Went here today for the first time for check up and cleaning. I've been to many dentists in my life, even worked as a dental assistant many years ago. This experience was terrific! The staff is so friendly, personable and professional. Anna cleaned my teeth and she was thorough, thoughtful about my comfort and just really a genuinely kind young lady. Dr. Abedi checked my teeth and didn't suggest any work not really necessary but just a clear picture of the conditions at hand. He was personable, kind and genuine as well. It's so good to find a dentist you actually look forward to seeing again! I will be back for sure! I was fortunate enough to receive a referral from one of my clients to Dr. Abedi's practice. From the minute you walk through the front door, you are kindly greeted. The wait time is always minimal, which means to me they understand the value of time, and stick to appointment times. The service you receive once you get in the chair is the best I have ever had at a dentist. I have always had a fear of dentists, and told them that the first time I visited. They did not make me feel bad, and did everything they could to put me at ease and make me comfortable. Every person I have interacted with on Dr. Abedi's staff is super friendly, courteous, and really make you feel like you are part of their family. My three young daughters have only know Dr. Abedi's office, and they, unlike me, are growing up with positive thoughts about the dentist. When they are told it's time to go in for a checkup, there is no fear. They have no worries whatsoever, and they have had a few cavities taken care of. I'm so thrilled he is now offering braces, so we won't have to find another provider when the time comes for the kids! Now on to Dr. Abedi. I'm not sure I will ever find a more interesting, kind, and positive dentist. This guy makes you feel as though you are the only person in the office when he is with you. Every time I'm in there, he always makes a point to come by and say hello, remembers the names of my daughters and wife, and just chats for a few minutes. He could teach a class on "bedside manners" for other doctors. I think of him as a friend more than our dentist. My grandchild was seen here this morning. Her first molar on top was extracted because it had gotten broken on restaurant chips last week. We needed to have it out on Friday but we were instructed to wait until Monday. Which went into Tuesday. I understand the good dentist does not have children and he may not know what it is like to have to doctor a toothache and hear their child crying in pain when the medicine wears off? I liked his bedside manner and he was professional. Although I do have one suggestion. Abedi? Please work on your ability to have empathy for the little ones who are in your care. I did not think it was an appropriate time to talk about reviews on my 6 year olds first visit to undergo an extraction. The process could of been calmer. When you tell a child they are doing great instead of sounding like a cop? You should try to be quieter and speak more calmly. She ended up having a panic attack all the way home because the after effects were not explained to her prior to the procedure. She is okay now. Be careful what you wish for....
