I called during the week and made an appointment for 9am on a Saturday. The wheel well plastic protector on one side of my car came completely off (I involuntarily went mudding). There was not many people in when I got there, which was fine with me. Jesse was quick to greet me and check me in. I still had the piece that needed to be re-attached so they took it on back to see if they could fix it. Roughly 45 min later, Jesse came over to where I was sitting, smiled, and handed me the keys "looks like we were able to re-attach, so all finished". Great, then I asked where I needed to pay. Jesse simply said "nope, no charge. Good to go". Just like that! Needless to say, I stared at him for a moment in disbelief. I even asked "are you sure?" Great service, made my day! I'll bring my car back for sure, and most likely buy a new one from Keith (he saw me looking at the shine cars) in the near future. Thanks guys!

I bought a new vehicle and rust bubbles started coming through the paint less than a month later. I was told it would be taken care of. Months later I'm still trying to get it fixed.

I just called the Pullman phone for US Bank to change my PO Box Number. What a nightmare. I got…read moreconnected to an Asian woman who, based on all the background noise, was in a call center. I could not understand her. What I did understand, she had to repeat over and over again as for some reason it wasn't getting into her mind. It took 15 minutes and 26 seconds to do a change from one PO Box Number to another PO Box number following the verification that was the only thing that was speedy. I've used this bank for commercial tasks for decades. This is the first time I have felt a need to vent. It was simply awful for such a small task.

Start an account then go upstairs for some Panda Express! Other than that I think the services are just the essentials. See a full US Bank location for your loans and whatnot. Withdrawals at the ATM. No cash or check deposits though. Have to do that in person with a teller. Twenty four hours or as long as the CUB is open. Not much else to say. It's safe, indoors right on the lower CUB floor. Your normal bank ATM and branch but with a stripped down express vibe. They'll charge you an ATM fee If you're not a US Bank customer. Maybe just get cash back elsewhere if you really need a few twenties. Nice option though If you are a US Bank member. Wells Fargo or Chase, too bad.

I reached out to The Hive Auto Repair, and from the very first conversation with Sivan, I felt completely at ease. They were able to get my son in quickly, which was a huge relief because he'll be on the road soon. During the oil change, Sivan and his team noticed a couple of things that needed attention and took care of them right away. I really appreciated how clear and honest they were throughout the process. As a mom, knowing there's a reliable place my son can go to if anything ever comes up means everything. I hope we don't have to go back anytime soon, but if we do, I'm glad to know The Hive is there. Great service, fast turnaround, and genuinely good people.

LOL at this repair shop. First off, they are extremely overpriced. I feel like an idiot getting…read morefixes on my car here. I spent over $4,000 for a new power steering pump, alignment, and they somehow found that my steering was still not straight (even though it was not an issue before) so they called me and told me everything they needed to do. Since I travel for work 5 days a week, I felt I had no choice but to let them continue and finish the service. When I brought the final cost and services to a different auto repair shop, they felt so bad for me for spending the money I did. That's when I knew I made a big, big mistake. They also don't have an issue pressuring you into making sure they get to work on your car. They want to overcharge and take advantage of people who have little to no car maintenance experience. They also take too long to get simple repairs done. I had my car dropped off for the above service. During that time, I needed to get a rental because they didn't have any loaner cars available (according to them). They promised me it would only take 2 days. I called every day for 4 days and then they changed the pick up day/time for the following day. Finally was ready. BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE!! I drove about 5 miles and started hearing noises as I drove on the main road. I took it back and they said my struts were worn out and they needed to be replaced. I asked them how did they not catch that during my initial service? They told me they didn't hear anything during the test drive and they didn't do anything to those parts of the car. BULLCRAP! They did a wheel alignment (or did they?). I took it to Les Schwab and they said my struts were fine that they were just loose and they did what they did for free and sent me on my way. My assumption for that is they want to take their sweet a$$ time so they can charge more for labor costs. So many issues with this crap auto repair company. I encourage anyone who is thinking of getting services done here to go elsewhere. Literally anywhere else in Moscow or Pullman. Heck, travel to Spokane/CDA if you have to. It will save you so much time, money and frustrations!
