I was aprehensive since it was about a 15 minute drive (which is more then I'd like to drive for things like this), she was totally worth it. She's super kind and friendly and knew exactly what the garment needed. I needed a gown altered since it was too long and a bit tight on the waist. She was able to make the proper adjustments and make it fit perfect! I brought it in on Friday and it was ready to go on Monday. New to the area and wanted to use a small business. Dropped off a couple of pairs of jeans that needed hemming mid-morning on a Tuesday. Told her it was no rush, she offered Friday afternoon for pick. Friday comes and goes with no call or anything. Shop is closed Saturday through Monday. On Tuesday morning I called her when the shop opened. She apologized and promised the pants would be ready by end of day. Showed up at 4:30; she was surprised to see me. Pants still not done (still exactly where they were when I dropped them off). I took my pants back and will find someone more professional. The disarray of clothing everywhere and my pants just thrown onto a heap with a loose note with my contact info should have clued me when I first walked in. The fact that a tailor/seamstress is so unorganized and imprecise is shocking. NOT RECOMMENDED. read more

The previous seamstress took the dress in WAY too much, leaving no fabric to make any changes AND stitched the seam crooked instead of straight. With no extra fabric left, we had very little options to salvage the dress. In a panic, my wedding planner and I reached out to TOYO to see if there was anything that could be done to save my wedding dress. She responded to us immediately and said she would squeeze me in the very next day. She turned my dress (that I thought I was going to have to throw away) into the dress of my dreams. The owner is an absolute sweetheart. She added a slit to my dress (with nightmarish material) and did a fantastic job. She also tailored my fiancé's suit fixing sleeve and pant length. The buttons were sown on perfectly. Her work is beautiful. Side note: we initially wanted to open up the back of his suit a little bit more to fix some minor bunching. Instead of taking the extra money for a job that wouldn't do much, she explained the problem area wouldn't be solved by opening it up. We really appreciated the honesty she gave us!!
