He looked at the bulletin and I asked him if he would perform the work outlined in the bulletin with my parts and he said that if there was any supplied parts that were incorrect or he needed additional parts, he would slap the old parts back in the transmission, push the car outside and would charge me a Second time to do the work. The root cause ended up being a missing NVH foam piece - something simple, but overlooked repeatedly. Bolt also worked directly with my warranty company and made a real effort to get as much covered as possible, which I appreciated. While they were in there, they were upfront about the spark plugs - noting that since access was already open, it made sense to take care of it now rather than paying for the same labor again down the road. That kind of transparency goes a long way. Overall, the team comes across as fair, honest, and focused on doing things the right way. It's safe to say I'll be going back to Bolt moving forward.

When I went the day of my appointment, they said they didn't have my appointment on file. They were able to "fit me in" and I saw my truck go right in. For a tire rotation and an oil change, I was there for TWO HOURS. I watched as three mechanics stood underneath my truck staring at the belly pan scratching their heads. I asked the lady what the hell was going on and one of the mechanics came in and told me that I should be proud that I stumped the entire garage, claiming they had to watch YouTube videos, because they couldn't find the oil filter inside of my Toyota 4Runner, a very common vehicle. I wanted my truck off the lift and I felt very uncomfortable that they had to continue working on my truck because they already drained the oil. They had to get the "master mechanic" to complete an oil change.... Also, while waiting in the lobby, another customer came in for their appointment, and they didn't have their appointment on file either. I would not recommend them to anyone. I will not be returning. My buddy rotated all four tires and changed the oil in the driveway faster than these people with a lift. I'm going to have him check their work because I don't want the oil filter or tires falling off. I'm not very confident in their incompetent work. 2 oil changes, wow.
