The root cause ended up being a missing NVH foam piece - something simple, but overlooked repeatedly. Bolt also worked directly with my warranty company and made a real effort to get as much covered as possible, which I appreciated. While they were in there, they were upfront about the spark plugs - noting that since access was already open, it made sense to take care of it now rather than paying for the same labor again down the road. My rear quarter panel was a bit dented and had popped loose from its clips, and I called Radd to ask if it was something they'd be able to fix. They weren't sure, so they invited me to come by so they could take a look. Later on in the day, an even more convenient option was suggested - to simply take a couple photos of the damage and email it over to them. Simple! They determined they'd be able to make the repair, by melting and reshaping some of the plastic while guiding everything back into place, and I was so delighted that I didn't even ask for an estimate. Honestly as far as I was concerned, I would be happy if it came in under $500. The total for this repair? A mere $150! Great price, really nice work, and 100% positive interactions with all the people I spoke with. Definitely a place that I'll trust my car with in the future.

This is the only shop, I would send my mother or girlfriend to and never worry, about them being taken advantage of. I first met Bobby when I needed a tire repair. The Shoppe repaired the tire properly, cleaning the inside, scoffing up the area to be glued, putting in a proper and high quality inside patch and plug repair. I have been driving on that tire and never once, had a problem with it, not one leak. Eventually my Subaru needed its timing belt done. This is when I learned that The Bobby Shoppe only uses original manufacturer parts, nothing aftermarket. This was the same mentality I have and was so glad to see it reflected by the Shoppe. I provide the Subaru parts and they did an excellent job. Better then any Subaru mechanic. They did the job right the first time. To finish it off, their price was fair and affordable, nearly half of what the dealer wanted. After that, I brought my Subaru in to have the valve cover gaskets replaced. They, again did an excellent job. Better then when it came from the factory. Shorty after, I needed a front wheel bearing. Talking with Bobby and Scotty, I decided to do both front bearings. I also, gave them new front ball joints and outer tie rods. They really did an amazing job and once again they charged an affordable and fair price. I have never had an issue with anything they have ever touched on my vehicle. My vehicle was always returned back to me better and cleaner then when I dropped it off.

His answer...nothing. The truck quickly wouldn't start consistently again, so I called him and asked home to do the job. He was there the next day, did the job and the price was under his estimate. Although they were closed, I left the keys in an envelope with the vital information in a key drop box. The next day I got a call; it worked for the mechanic Mike! Go figure?! He said if it happens again to give him a call. A week later I stopped to mail a letter, at the Post Office. Turned the car off, put the letter in the box, went back to the car. All in about three minutes. Again the car wouldn't start . I was hesitant to call Mike, but I did. A short time later he was there with some diagnostic tools. He got in the car connected the tools and it started for him! It's beginning to look like I'm some kind of a lunatic. The second time, Sunday, the tow company left it there. Monday, Mike found the problem. It needed a new starter, they gave me an estimate about what it would probably cost. Mike called at 8:20 am. By 12:20 pm Anne Called - the car is ready the same day! What a major relief. Called a friend to give me a lift over to the shop. Around here you're out of luck without a car. In the City there's the subway and buses. Life as usual. These guys do great work, and fast, at reasonable prices. There's not enough superlatives to describe them.
